Work Begins on Capstone Collegiate Communities’ Cottages of Boone on Poplar Grove Road South

May 31, 2012. Includes architectural drawing. Work began this week constructing the new road that will go up to the Capstone Collegiate Communities (CCC) development, The Cottages of Boone, on Poplar Grove Road South off of Highway 105. The development, when finished, could be the largest student housing community in Watauga County.
