Dec. 5, 2012. Haircut 101 is proud to announce that they will be partnering with Santa’s Toy Box, in order to help families in need this holiday season. Santa’s Toy Box was started in 1986 by the men’s group at Deerfield Methodist Church, and since that time has become a community project. Last year they were able to help over 928 less fortunate children ages infant-15 in Watuga county. Santa’s Toy Box has survived over the years thanks to countless donations from individuals, business and churches, and they need your help again this year!
At Haircut 101 we believe that giving back to our community s one of the most important things we can do, which is why this year we will be providing a free $10 Gift card to anyone that brings in a new, unwrapped toy (at least $10 value) for Santa’s Toy Box. In addition to toys, they also accept cash donations which will be used to take parents shopping for presents. Donations can be brought to Haircut 101, located at 174 S. Depot Street in Boone or mailed to:

Haircut 101 encourages everyone to participate in this worthwhile cause by donating and/ or volunteering. Santa’s Toy Box is located on George Wilson Road in Boone and will begin shelving, assembling and distributing toys this week . Call 828 264 4801 for work and distribution times.
