Make Every Move Count: This Year’s Zumbathon for THRIVE is Coming to the Wellness Center This Friday

In honor of American Heart Month, Appalachian Regional Healthcare System(ARHS) is hosting a Zumbathon this Friday, Feb. 21 from 4-7 pm in the Paul H. Broyhill Wellness Center.

Youth Strength and Conditioning Program Now Offered at the Paul H. Broyhill Wellness Center

June 3, 2013. Whether an athlete or not, the Paul H. Broyhill Wellness Center is now offering a Youth Strength & Conditioning Program for students in grades seven through twelve. The program focuses on improving fitness, reaching athletic potential and instruction on proper weight training technique.
