Highway Patrol to Conduct Operation ‘Drive to Live’ 2012 as Prom Season Begins, Starting April 9
April 9, 2012. With the beginning of prom season, North Carolina the Highway Patrol will conduct Operation “Drive to Live” during the week of April 09, 2012. The operation will be conducted from 6:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. each day.
