Watauga Cooperative Extension Service to Host Workshop on Highway Regulations Affecting Farmers

The Watauga Cooperative Extension Service is hosting a workshop for area farmers on the laws and highway regulations that apply to farm products that are transported between farms and to markets. During the afternoon of Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012, NC Cooperative Extension and Fishel Farms will lead a field day on producing and managing squash, pumpkins, cucumbers, melons and other varieties of cucurbits in the High Country. Learn How to Safely Can at This Aug. 18 Class
