Watauga County Democratic Party’s ‘Buy Local’ Cash Mob Movement Visits Rutherwood, Deep Gap

May 28, 2013. The Cash Mob first visited Earthwood Farm, a recently opened organic 2-acre hobby farm in Rutherwood. The farm has numerous unique and creative outbuildings and barns crafted by the owners themselves, often with recycled materials. Mobbers bought fresh eggs, herb plants, carrots, radishes, a variety of fresh lettuces, and handmade hypertuffa pots.
