Horn in the West to host First of Two Watauga Holiday Farmers’ Markets on Saturday Morning, Nov. 17

Nov. 17, 2012. The Watauga County Holiday Market will be held at the Horn in the West parking lot on Saturday Nov. 16 from 9 a.m. to noon. At the market patrons can stock up on local foods for their holiday meals, decorations for their homes, and beautiful handmade gifts for family and friends.

Renowned Chef Ric Caine will be at the Ashe County Farmers Market on Saturday, June 16, 2012 -Fathers Day weekend- to do a Grilling Demonstration starting about 10:00 a.m. He will be demonstrating how to cook several different types and cuts of meat on the grill and may have some secret grilling recipes to hand out.
