But before participants can leap from the dock into a freezing cold Chetola Lake, a lot of work goes into making a hole so the plungers can jump safely. Aug. 28, 2012. In August 2011, Chetola Resort sustained a kitchen fire in the Manor House Restaurant. One year later, the restaurant has been redesigned, rebuild and reopened as Timberlake’s. An official ribbon-cutting was held last night at the restaurant.
