Sept. 4, 2012. The High Country Watermedia Society welcome members and guests on Sept. 8 at Cheap Joe’s Art Stuff in Boone at 10 a.m. All artists from beginners to professionals are invited. The club meets the second Saturday of each month through October. Refreshments served at 9:30 a.m.
