Mr. Quentin Wheeler was the Watauga district winner randomly selected to win one of four HD TVs recently awarded as part of Blue Ridge Electric Membership Corporation’s director elections/annual meeting. Along with Mr. Wheeler, more than 7,500 members voted by mail or Internet in the cooperative’s director elections.
