Kelly Baruth Receives Counselor of the Year Award
Oct. 5, 2012. Of the many options for Watauga County Counselor of the Year, Kelly Baruth was the chosen one for 2012. After being nominated by an administrator, she was voted on to receive the award in recognition of her duties as a counselor at Blowing Rock School, which goes from grades pre k-8.
