Blowing Rock Council Approves Annexation for ARHS; ‘We Hope to Recover the Return on Our Investment’
July 11, 2012. The Blowing Rock Town Council approved the the annexation of 25 acres owned by the Appalachian Regional Healthcare System. These 25 acres were recently purchased by ARHS and adjoin 43 more acres, also previously annexed, for a future hospital in Blowing Rock.
