AppalCART Routes Changed For College St. Construction
July 12, 2012. AppalCART, the public transportation authority serving Watauga County, will be changing its schedule during this week. Due to construction on College Street all routes approaching College Street Station will be making the approach up Howard Street and leaving the circle on Howard Street.
