Tomorrow the Last Day for Early Rates for Seasonal Membership Passes at Appalachian Ski Mountain

Oct. 14, 2013. Appalachian Ski Mountain is known for their beautiful and challenging slopes, but buying day passes every time you want to hit the mountain can get expensive! That’s why Appalachian Ski Mountain offers residents, visitors and students alike the chance to get their seasonal passes early at a discounted rate!

imgresThrough Oct. 15, season memberships for individuals, families and students are offered at an amazing price. 

“We have quite a few different options to fit any budget or schedule,” said Drew Stanley, marketing director for Appalachian Ski Mountain.

Unlimited Individual Season Memberships

  • Adults :$455
  • Students: $395
  • Juniors (ages 6-12): $350
  • Seniors (age 60 +): $350
  • Children (5 and under): $10

The unlimited passes also include gated parking that is good any day or night from the opening to closing days. 

“Season passes generally pay for themselves after eight visits,” Stanley said.

Families can also save big when they opt for the Unlimited Family Season Membership.

  • First and second person: $710
  • Third person: $305
  • Fourth and each additional person: $220

For those who work or go to class all day, Appalachian Ski Mountain has something for you too! An unlimited Nights Only pass is great for night owls, and includes any night, including weekends. Nights Only memberships are a great value, at only $290 for all ages.

Then there is the special 5X7 pass, which is good for night sessions and any non-holiday day session during the week. This option is very economical, with pricing based on age.

  • Adults: $400
  • Students: $350
  • Juniors: $325
  • Seniors: $325 

“The majority of seasonal pass holders are students and locals,” Stanley said. “But for visitors on extended vacations, these passes usually pay for themselves in just a few visits.”

Don’t forget, after Oct. 15 the rates go up, so be sure to get your season passes early!

The 2013-14 scheduled season begins Nov. 22 and will run through March 23, as weather permits. For those who don’t yet know how to ski but are looking for a little adventure, be sure to check out the French Swiss Ski College, which offers classes and lessons  for all ages, including children, to learn how to take on the slopes!
