April 23, 2013. The 2013 Yosef Club Spring Tour launched a five-cities-in-10-days stretch on Monday evening in front of a crowd of well over 100 supporters at the Blank Family Foundation Offices in Atlanta.
The 100-plus guests marked the largest crowd to ever attend the Yosef Club Spring Tour’s annual stop in Atlanta. The crowd included dozens of former Appalachian State student-athletes that now reside in the Atlanta area.
Record crowds are possible at every stop of the 2013 Yosef Club Spring Tour, as director of athletics Charlie Cobb, head football coach Scott Satterfield and many, many more Appalachian State athletics coaches and staff make their way across the region to discuss an exciting new era in Mountaineer athletics with Black and Gold faithful.
The Yosef Club Spring Tour continues this week with events in Charlotte (Wed.) and Hickory (Thurs.) and resumes next week in Raleigh (Tues., April 30) and the Greensboro/Winston-Salem/High Point Triad (Wed., May 1). The Spring Tour concludes in Greenville, S.C. on Tuesday, May 21, the eve of the Southern Conference Baseball Tournament at Greenville’s Fluor Field.
