It’s a beautiful winter day in the High Country, and it’s about time. This weather produced some natural snow, and it also cooperated with the local resorts in order for them to produce a solid base of manmade snow.
Beech and Sugar Mountain Resorts opened earlier this morning, and Appalachian Ski Mtn. is scheduled to open on Sunday. Meanwhile, Hawksnest is planning on opening its tubing lanes on Monday. Enjoy!
