Yosef and ASU Women’s Basketball Players Visit Fifth-Grade Class at Cove Creek School
Dorothy Combs’ fifth-grade class at Cove Creek School had the highest participation of any class participating in an ASU summer reading program and recently hosted some special visitors that helped celebrate their achievement. Several players from the ASU women’s basketball team, along with Yosef, the ASU mascot, came to the school to recognize the students’ work and to reinforce the message that reading is both important and enjoyable.
