Jan. 21, 2014. U.S. Senator Kay Hagan’s campaign today announced that Hagan raised over $2 million in the fourth quarter of 2013. Hagan ended the quarter with a robust $6.8 million on hand.
In the fourth quarter, Hagan’s campaign had over 15,000 individual donors with over 89% contributing low-dollar donations.
“Kay’s strong fundraising quarter demonstrates the broad base of support and grassroots enthusiasm behind her campaign,” said Preston Elliott, Hagan Campaign Manager. “These resources will ensure the Kay’s message about her strong track record of bipartisan results can reach voters all across North Carolina and carry the campaign to victory this year.”
