Jan. 15, 2014. Boone Mayor Andy Ball recently announced his walk-in hours at his office in Town Hall on King Street in downtown Boone will take place every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. At the beginning of each week, Ball will also post his “community office hours” on social media.
Ball described the community office hours as a casual way to “catch” the mayor at a local business to offer feedback and ideas.
This week’s community office hours are scheduled for Friday at Higher Grounds Coffee Shop at New Market Center from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
As always, Ball noted that an appointment to meet Ball may be scheduled in writing by emailing andy.ball@townofboone.net.
