Sept. 20, 2013. The Blowing Rock Chamber of Commerce hosts a candidate forum for mayoral and town council races at the Blowing Rock School Auditorium on Tuesday, Oct. 22. The forum is open to all voters and takes place from 6 to 9 p.m.
