Nov. 30

ARREST: A male suspect, 29, of 309 Laurel Fork Road in Vilas, was charged with assault by pointing a gun, communicating threats and injury to personal property. Trial date: Dec. 15.

Dec. 1

ARREST: A female suspect, 20, of 1491 Joe Shoemaker Road in Vilas, was charged with simple assault. Trial date: Dec. 15.

Dec. 2

ARREST: A female suspect, 23, of 169 Village Square Lane Apt. 44 in Mountain City, Tennessee, was charged with felony trafficking in methamphetamine and conspire to traffick in methamphetamine. Secured bond: $45,000. Trial date: Dec. 15.

Dec. 6

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 184 Hodges Gap Road.

INCIDENT: Communicating threats, assault with a deadly weapon and trespassing were reported at 234 Holly Hills in Deep Gap.

ARREST: A male suspect, 40, of 1841 Bairds Creek Road in Vilas, was charged with failure to work after paid. Trial date: Dec. 14.

ARREST: A male suspect, 21, of 455 Willowdale Church Road in Vilas, was charged with felony OFA FTA possess stolen motor, OFA FTA PWISD marijuana and misdemeanor probation violation. Secured bond: $60,000. Trial date: Jan. 10.

ARREST: A female suspect, 24, of 161 Hidden Pines in Boone, was charged with FTA PWISMD schedule VI/maintain a dwelling. Secured bond: $7,000. Trial date: Dec. 20.

Dec. 7

INCIDENT: Fraud – credit card/ATM was reported at 145 Woodhaven Lane in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 63, of 6252 Old U.S. Highway 421 S in Zionville, was charged with sexual battery. Trial date: Jan. 17.

Dec. 8

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 444 Roby Greene Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 614 Tom Shook Road in Banner Elk.

ARREST: A male suspect, 44, of 543 Phillips Branch Road in Vilas, was charged with fraud – worthless checks. Trial date: Dec. 28.

ARREST: A male suspect, 24, of 1233 Andy Hicks Road in Sugar Grove, was charged with reckless driving to endanger and failure to report accident. Trial date: Jan. 19.

ARREST: A female suspect, 22, of 1392 Laurel Fork Road in Vilas, was charged with nonsupport/nonpayment of alimony. Bond: $1,100. Trial date: Dec. 16.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 236 Tom Perry Road in Vilas, was charged with simple worthless check. Trial date: Dec. 14.

Dec. 9

INCIDENT: Fraud – obtaining property by false pretense was reported at BB&T Boone.

INCIDENT: Possession of a schedule VI CS and of drug paraphernalia were reported at Bamboo and Milton Brown Heirs roads.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 356 Upper Reach Drive in Vilas.

Dec. 10

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 259 The Settlement in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny and criminal damage to property were reported at 194 Fairway Knoll Unit F3 in Boone.

ARREST: A female suspect, 24, of 655 Parker Eller Road in Lansing, was charged with FTA/speeding. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Jan. 20.

Dec. 11

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 229 Talon Drive in Boone.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 132 Positive Way Unit B in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 1062 Pottertown Road in Todd.

INCIDENT: Drug violations were reported at 11036 N.C. Highway 105 S in Banner Elk.

Dec. 12

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 562 Charlie Thompson Road in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at 186 Triple T Drive in Boone.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported on the 1200 block of Old Watauga River Road in Sugar Grove.

INCIDENT: Lost or stolen firearm was reported at 100 Penley Road in Lenoir.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 310 Martin Lane in Boone, was charged with nonsupport/nonpayment of alimony. Bond: $11,258. Trial date: Jan. 11.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 137 Valley High Lane in Blowing Rock, was charged with FTA possess marijuana up to ½ oz. Trial date: Feb. 10.

INCIDENT: Damage to property was reported at 134 Kimberly Drive #8.

INCIDENT: Fraud – wire/computer/other electronic manipulation was reported at 1470 Blowing Rock Road.

INCIDENT: Vandalism and larceny were reported at Harmon Parking, 471 W King St.

Dec. 6

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 338 Brook Hollow Road in Boone, was charged with probation violation. Secured bond: $5,000. Trial date: Dec. 9.

ARREST: A female suspect, 30, of 310 Meadow Hill Drive Apt. 63 in Boone, was charged with warrant – PSIMSD Sch IV CS and warrant – Sell/deliver Sch IV CS. Secured bond: $5,000. Trial date: Jan. 18.

Dec. 7

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 310 Meadow Hill Drive.

INCIDENT: Embezzlement was reported at Highland International, LLC, 1608 Den Mac Drive.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 896 Blowing Rock Road.

ARREST: A female suspect, 58, of 124 McNabb Lane in Boone, was charged with larceny. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Jan. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 53, of 338 Brook Hollow Road in Boone, was charged with drug paraphernalia and simple possession of marijuana. Trial date: Jan. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 51, of 338 Brook Hollow Road, was charged with two counts of shoplifting. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: Jan. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 37, of 1289 Byrd Ridge Road in Wilkesboro, was charged with OFA. Secured bond: $550. Trial date: Dec. 29.

Dec. 8

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 1184 N.C. Highway 105.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 359 E King St.

INCIDENT: Unattended death investigation was reported at 233 Crossing Way, Apt. 101 Room B.

INCIDENT: Fraud – credit card was reported at 338 Brook Hollow Road.

ARREST: A suspect, 27, of 153 Crossing Way #305 in Boone, was charged with DWLR and DWI. Trial date: Jan. 17.

ARREST: A suspect, 22, of 211 Northpoint Ave. Unit B in High Point, was charged with aid and abet DWI. Trial date: Jan. 17.

ARREST: A female suspect, 43, of 275 Meadow Hill Drive #12, was charged with trespassing. Trial date: Jan. 10.

Dec. 9

ARREST: A female suspect, 19, of 638 N.C. Highway 306 in Grantsboro, was charged with stoplight violation, possess an open container, DWLR impaired revocation and DWI provisional licensee. Trial date: Jan. 17.

ARREST: A female suspect, 18, of 91 N Greenwood Forge Drive in Etowah, was charged with aid and abet impaired driving and driving after consuming – provisional licensee. Trial date: Dec. 9.

ARREST: A female suspect, 43, of 135 Ginnie St. in Elk Park, was charged with communicating threats. Trial date: Jan. 10.

ARREST: A male suspect, 41, of 191 Cecil Miller Road 204 in Boone, was charged with providing false information and parole and probation violations. Secured bond: $20,500. Trial date: Jan. 17.

Dec. 10

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 139 S Depot St.

ARREST: A male suspect, 32, of 338 Brook Hollow Road in Boone, was charged with possess Sch II and shoplifting. Secured bond: $1,000.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 4295 Ken Dar Lane Unit 16 in Hudson, was charged with DWI, open container in passenger area, failure to burn headlamps and no operator’s license. Trial date: Jan. 19.

ARREST: A male suspect, 25, of 180 Russell Beach Road in Vilas, was charged with DWI. Trial date: Jan. 17.

Dec. 11

INCIDENT: Defrauding an innkeeper was reported at Applebee’s, 2036 Blowing Rock Road.

INCIDENT: First degree trespassing was reported at 179 Howard St.

INCIDENT: Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported at 211 Milton Brown Heirs Road.

INCIDENT: Larceny of a dog was reported at Pine Needles Studios, 375 N.C. Highway 105 Ext. Unit 1.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 591 Margo Road #B in Boone, was charged with order for arrest. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Jan. 27.

ARREST: A male suspect, 36, of 271 Norman Road Ext. in Boone, was charged with trespassing. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Jan. 17.
