March 12, 2010. The Mountain Laurels are performing their “Irish tunes and bad accents” at Galileo’s on Saturday, March 17. The show starts at 8:00 p.m. The Mountain Laurels is a local group of ladies that have performed in the High Country since 2009.
The evening will also serve has the Mountain Laurel’s CD release party for their debut Highland Bloom, which presents a “flowering fusion of Celtic, folk andAmericana music.”
Also to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, Galileo’s will serve Irish entrees that include Guinness Beef Stew, Corned Beef and Irish Soda Bread.
