Sergent Charged with Felony First Degree Burglary, Larceny, Identity Theft After Break in at Brown Heights

June 6, 2012. Boone Police have charged Corwyn David Sergent, 29, with felony first degree burglary, felony larceny after breaking and entering, felony identity theft and misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protection order. This was subsequent to an investigation into a break-in at a Brown Heights apartment reported on May 19, 2012.

Mr. Sergent was arrested on June 4 and was taken before a Watauga County Magistrate who issued a $75,000 secured bond. Mr. Sergent has a court date scheduled for July 26 in Watauga County.
