July 16, 2012. The 1st Annual Blue Ridge Parkway Family Camp and Naturalist Day is August 3-5 at Julian Price campground, Milepost 297. All programs are free and open to the public. Volunteer opportunities will be available.

There is free camping on August 3 and 4 to the first 20 families to register. The free camping will be for tent sites only.
