Cancellation Policy:

~ Appointments cancelled or rescheduled before 24 hours of scheduled appointment will not be charged.

~ Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment could be charged 50 percent.

~ Appointments that are missed (no shows) will be charged 100 percent.

All gift cards could be forfeited without a 24 hour notice prior to cancelling, rescheduling or missing.

This policy applies to all clients (new clients, non-members, packages and members)

~All new clients and non-member appointments must be secured by either a debit, credit or gift card.
