Happy Trails Cowboy Church Wagon Train Revival & Ride Held at Baker Farm in West Jefferson June 8-10

May 25, 2012. The Happy Trails Cowboy Church of Ashe County invites you to come find faith, fellowship and fun at their annual Wagon Train Revival & Ride, June 8, 9 &10. Preacher David Lyalls is the featured speaker with a powerful, dynamic message that changes lives.

Friday check-in begins at 5 p.m. with free hotdogs, a campfire, marshmallow roasting and music. Saturday features trail-riding throughout the day followed by a free BBQ sandwich and Cowboy Beans supper, a 7 p.m. Revival Service and music by Destined 4 Glory. The weekend will conclude with a Sunday morning service at 10 a.m. featuring music by Kudzu.

“Our Speaker has such a dynamic message and it’s sure a Blessing to have him,” said Ben Cheek, a Deacon of Cowboy Church.

“There’s something about a long line of horses and buggies, kids all running around, adults laughing around the campfire … it’s fellowship at its best,” said Deacon John Lisk. “We want to reach our community with the good news of Jesus Christ and experience revival within our church and community.”
