June 26, 2012. A Free Wine Tasting this Wednesday, June 27 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. will be at Bayou General Store on Main Street in Downtown Banner Elk. The tasting is hosted by Mark Nuger of Empire Wine and a special guest from Napa valley winery Stratton Lummis. Enjoy the music of the area’s favorite party band, The Whip Daddies.
