June 21, 2012. On Sunday, June 24, from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. portions of Howard Street, Depot Street and Rivers Street will be closed to vehicular traffic, but open to Human Powered Fun. Enjoy biking, walking, running, stroller pushing and many fun activities hosted by Boone Area Cyclists. So decorate your bike, bring your family and experience Boone Cyclo.Via!

Lisa Hummel’s Bike Smoothies will be downtown, too, so come make your fresh mango smoothie powered by bike. Mangos are from South Florida and being delivered by the president of the Exotic Fruit Society of America.
