July 3, 2012. The Banner Elk Chamber of Commerce’s fourth Summer Concert in the Park will be on Thursday, July 12.
The concert starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Tate-Evans Town Park stage behind Bank of America on Highway 194. Bring your chairs or blankets and coolers. Food will also be available for purchase at the concert. Raffle tickets can be purchased for prizes as well as for a cash drawing. Admission is free.
About the Band: Dashboard Blue is a five piece band based in Asheville, NC with 25+ years of professional experience playing and entertaining at venues of all sizes. Always a crowd favorite, Dashboard Blue plays a wide variety of music including Rock, R&B, 50’s, Disco, Funk, Pop, Beach, Country and a few classics. All those great timeless tunes that we loved to hear coming from the dashboard radio, arranged with tight harmonies and danceable grooves. We will tailor our program to fit your needs.
