March 5, 2012 — BRAHM has a few remaining openings for its upcoming spring trip April 21-23 to the historic and beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia. The trip coincides with the 79th Annual Virginia Historic Garden Week, which celebrates the state’s most spectacular estates. The group will depart from Blowing Rock by bus on the morning of Saturday, April 21. Stops will include the National D-Day Memorial in Bedford, Virginia; Monticello, the home of Thomas Jefferson in Charlottesville; a number of area estates and gardens; Montpelier, the home of James and Dolley Madison; and the Barboursville Vineyards. The group will stay at the Omni of Charlottesville. The estimated time of arrival back in Blowing Rock is Monday at 7 p.m.
The cost for this weekend adventure — which includes three meals, accommodations for two nights and transportation — is $885 for double occupancy and $1120 for single.
