Oct. 9, 2012. As an acoustic jazz band with vocals, firmly rooted in the jazz tradition, The Noel Freidline Quintet has developed a signature sound built upon the innovative writing and arranging of Noel Freidline. The quintet is powered by masterful musicianship, strong vocals, an infectious enthusiasm for the music and a sincere desire to have fun. They are very fresh, very creative and very exciting.
The Noel Freidline Quintet is live from the Meadowbrook Inn on Sunday, Oct. 14, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets free for members of the Blowing Rock Jazz Society, $5 for students and $20 otherwise.
