Jingle Jury is an original Christmas musical that takes place in the Candy Cane Courthouse. The defendant, Jim Dandy, says that holiday cheer is just “a lot of nonsense.” Court proceedings include a lively cast of characters, such as a reindeer-in-training, a Christmas angel, Mrs. Cratchit, Tiny Tim and, of course, Santa Claus. These familiar characters gather to defend the Christmas spirit and to prove Dandy wrong.

In this version of the play, the audience is the jury, so bring the whole family to this uplifting performance.

Director Amy Beane says she’s most excited about seeing the kids having fun and bringing joy to others in this special time of year.

“It’s a cute musical with a lot of parts to accommodate a large group,” Beane wrote. “We want everyone to have their moment to “shine.””

The cast are all children from the area ranging in age from 2 to 16.

Tickets are $10. Tickets will be sold at the door prior to performances and by Andrea McDonough at State Farm Insurance, 450 New Market Blvd., Suite 1, Boone.
