Nov. 26, 2012. Appalachian Home Brewing Supply will hold its monthly beer brewing class on Saturday, Dec. 15 from 2:30-5 p.m. at the Watauga County Agricultural Conference Center. Classes are $25 and participants can sign up in-store at 904 W. King Street or online at appalachianhomebrewingsupply.com.
Appalachian Home Brewing Supply owner and operator Isabel Pastrana will be teaching the class drawing from over 10 years of brewing experience in a wide variety of methods and styles. All equipment and ingredients are provided, and participants will bring home a 6-pack of the beer brewed.
Classes are open to experienced brewers who want to sharpen their beer crafting skills as well as beginners interested in picking up the hobby.
