N.C. Lottery Players Win $19.5M This Week – Powerball Jackpot Jumps To $247M, Alleghany Woman Wins $360K

Feb. 10, 2014. Since Thursday, Jan. 30, lottery players in North Carolina won more than $19.5 million in prizes. During that time, players of instant scratch-off games won more than $14.9 million. Players of draw games won more than $4.6 million in total prizes.
