April 23

INCIDENT: Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance was reported at 148 Faculty St. Apt. #3 in Boone after a suspect sold drugs to a confidential informant.

April 29

INCIDENT: Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance was reported at 148 Faculty St. Apt. #3 in Boone after a suspect sold drugs to a confidential informant.

May 19

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 225 Hope Town in Vilas. A custom wooden bench valued $200 was reported stolen.

INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at 5687 N.C. Highway 194 N. in Boone.

INCIDENT: A search warrant was executed at the Cottages of Boone 574 Fallview Lane.

INCIDENT: Possession of stolen property was reported at 7529 N.C. Highway 194 N. in Boone when a suspect was found in possession of a Jeep Patriot.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering, larceny and vandalism were reported at 657 N.C. Highway 194 N. in Boone. Two monitor heaters valued at $4,000 were reported stolen. Items reported damaged include a structure valued at $3,000 and a fish tank valued at $1,000.

INCIDENT: A person was reported missing from Wahoo’s on Big Hill Road in Todd.

ARREST: A female suspect, 33, of 574 Fallview Lane in Boone, was charged with possessing stolen property. She was held under a $10,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 18.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 7410 Stires Ferry Road in Clemmons, was charged with providing fictitious information to an officer. He was held under a $500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 18.

May 20

INCIDENT: Fraud/impersonation was reported at 406 Calloway Road in Boone. Victim reported that someone was using his or her social security number.

INCIDENT: Fraud/impersonation was reported at 127 Beck Court in Boone. Victim reported that someone was using his or her social security number.

INCIDENT: Burglary/forcible entry was reported at 1887 Old U.S. Highway 421 in Vilas. A door valued at $400 was reported damaged.

INCIDENT: Assault on a female was reported at 291 Laurel Ridge Road in Banner Elk.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 239 Silverwood Drive in Boone.

ARREST: A female suspect, 35, of 293 Hensels Lane in Boone, was charged with school attendance law violation.

ARREST: A female suspect, 21, of 118 Remount Road Apt. B in Charlotte, was charged with two felony counts of trafficking opium or heroin. She was held under a $250,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 18.

ARREST: A male suspect, 36, of 291 Laurel Ridge Road in Banner Elk, was charged with assault on a female. He’s scheduled to appear in court on June 26.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 9416 Spruce Pine Place in Charlotte, was charged with two counts of felony trafficking opium or heroine. He was held under a $250,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 18.

May 21

INCIDENT: Sexual offender unlawfully on child premise was reported at the Harvest House, 247 Boone Heights Dr. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 195 Shook Road in Banner Elk.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at the Watauga County Courthouse, 842 W. King St. in Boone.

ARREST: A female suspect, 19, of 2010 Conley Springs Road in Fleetwood, was charged with failure to appear. She was held under a $5,000 secured bond amount and is scheduled to appear in court on June 12.

May 22

ARREST: A female suspect, 19, of 358 Bob Campbell Road in Vilas, was charged with failure to appear. She was held under a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 27.

ARREST: A female suspect, 37, of 230 Roberts Drive in Boone, was charged with failure to appear on charges of unsafe movement and hit and run. She was held under a $500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 29.

May 23

ARREST: A female suspect, 35, of 293 Hensels Lane in Boone, was charged with two counts of failure to appear on charges of driving with a revoked license. She was held under a $500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 30.

May 24

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 116 Blues Drive in Boone.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 2076 Old U.S. Highway 421 in Vilas. Angus livestock valued at $1,500 was reported damaged.

INCIDENT: Communicating threats and assault and battery were reported at 255 North Woods Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported at 761 Sherwood Road in Vilas. A GMC pick-up truck was reported stolen.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 11036 N.C. Highway 105 S. in Banner Elk.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering, larceny and vandalism were reported at 1204 Stoney Fork Road in Deep Gap. Two Samsung Galaxy cellphones valued at $400 were reported stolen. Items reported damaged include: sheetrock valued at $300, window shades valued at $25 and a wooden doorjamb valued at $300.

May 25

INCIDENT: Injury to personal property was reported at 4480 Big Hill Road in Todd. A custom-made golf cart valued at $2,000 was reported damaged.

INCIDENT: Simple assault and larceny were reported at 654 New River Hills in Boone.

INCIDENT: Credit card/ATM fraud was reported at 10801 Corkscrew Road in Estero, Florida.

ARREST: A male suspect, 31, of 2083 Bairds Creek Road in Vilas, was charged with felony sex offender on child premises. He was held under a $15,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 20.

May 19

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 440 Oak St. at 10 p.m.

ARREST: A male suspect, 24, of 117 Valle Vista Dr. in Banner Elk, was charged with failure to maintain lane control and driving while impaired. He’s scheduled to appear in court on July 20.

ARREST: A male suspect, 19, of 1330 Forrest Wood Drive in Lewisville, was charged with failure to burn both head lights, driving the wrong way, driving while impaired and driving with a provisional license. He’s scheduled to appear in court on July 20.

ARREST: An order for the arrest was issued for a male suspect, 33, of 106 Joe Dugger Lane in Butler.

STOLEN PROPERTY: An iPhone 5C was reported stolen from 440 Oak St. at 10 p.m.

May 20

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 440 Oak St. at 10 p.m.

INCIDENT: Driving left of center, failure to stop steady at a red light and eluding arrest were reported on N.C. Highway 105 and Blowing Rock Road just after 7 p.m.

ARREST: A female suspect, 53, of 7529 N.C. Highway 194 N in Boone, was charged with motor vehicle theft and possessing a stolen vehicle. She’s scheduled to appear in court on June 18.

ARREST: A female suspect, 54, of 7529 N.C. Highway 194 N in Boone, was charged with motor vehicle theft and possessing a stolen motor vehicle. She’s scheduled to appear in court on June 18.

ARREST: A male suspect, 21, of 5654 Church Road in Boone, was charged with drunk and disruptive. He’s scheduled to appear in court on June 18.

ARREST: A male suspect, 29, of 239 Margot Road in Asheville, was charged with driving while impaired. He’s scheduled to appear in court on June 18.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 9416 Spruce Pine Place in Charlotte, was charged with driving left of center, failure to stop steady at a red light and eluding arrest. He was held under a $10,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 18.

STOLEN PROPERTY: Money/cash was reported stolen from 440 Oak St. just after 3:15 a.m.

May 21

INCIDENT: A missing person was reported at 200 Mountain Aire Lane Apt. 1C just before 8:45 a.m.

ARREST: A male suspect, 34, of 206 PSI Drive Apt. 9 in Boone, was charged with resisting a public officer, misdemeanor larceny and concealment of goods. He was held under a $500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 18.

May 22

INCIDENT: An unattended death was reported in the parking lot of 232 Robin Lane just before 4:25 a.m.

INCIDENT: Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 160 Keystone Drive just after 10 a.m.

INCIDENT: Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 113 Keystone Drive at 10:20 a.m.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering was reported at 195 Winklers Meadow #106 just before 9:15 p.m.

ARREST: A male suspect, 59, of 338 Brook Hollow Road in Boone, was charged with failure to appear. He was held under a $500 secured bond and was scheduled to appear in court on May 22.

STOLEN PROPERTY: An iPod was reported stolen from 113 Keystone Drive just after 10 a.m.

May 24

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property and larceny from a motor vehicle were reported at 248 Hillandale Drive at 11:50 a.m.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at New China Buffet, 1200 Blowing Rock Road, just before 2:50 p.m.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 157 Stoneybrook Court just after 10:30 p.m.

ARREST: A male suspect, 50, was charged with shoplifting. He was held under a $500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 23.

ARREST: A female suspect, 35, was charged with trespassing. She was held under a $500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 18.

STOLEN PROPERTY: Cash was reported stolen from 248 Hillandale Drive at 11:50 a.m.

STOLEN PROPERTY: A Samsung tablet was reported stolen from New China Buffet, 1200 Blowing Rock Road, just before 2:50 p.m.
