Sept. 12
ARREST: A male suspect, 59, of 747 Rocky Creek Road, in Boone, was charged with failure to appear. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Oct. 17.

Sept. 13
INCIDENT: All other larceny was reported at 100 Thaxon Ln, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Fraud of worthless checks was reported at 419 Fletcher Branch Rd, in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 1279 Mt Zion Rd, in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: All other offenses was reported at 166 Still Lake Rd, unit 221, in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 48, of 4701 Elk Creek Rd, in Deep Gap, was charged with simple assault. Other bond. Trial date: Oct. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 34, of 276 All Hallows Rd, in Deep Gap, was charged with failure to appear. Secured bond: $15,000. Trial date: Oct. 23.

ARREST: A male suspect, 33, of 1656 Bare Rd, in West Jefferson, was charged with a DWI of alcohol and or drugs and open container violation. Written promise bond. Trial date: Oct. 16.

Sept. 14
INCIDENT: Simple physical assault and welfare check were reported at 313 Martin Lane, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 5313 Elk Creek Rd, in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 260 Galax Cir, in Blowing Rock.

INCIDENT: Shoplifting was reported at the Dollar General, in Foscoe.

INCIDENT: Drug violations of equipment/paraphernalia and possessing/concealing weapons were reported at 441 Tater Hill Rd, Int, in Zionville.

ARREST: A male suspect, 31, of 4879 Liberty Grove Church Rd, in Wilkesboro, was charged with narcotics and or drugs, drug violations of equipment and or paraphernalia and possessing and or concealing weapons. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Oct. 16.

Sept. 15
INCIDENT: All other larceny and damage to property were reported at 965 and 1162 Old East Ridge Road, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 3715 Georges Gap Rd, in Vilas.

ARREST: A female suspect, 20, of 1133 Deep Ford Rd, in Lansing, was charged with larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: Nov. 15.

Sept. 16
INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 739 Roby Greene Rd, in Boone.

INCIDENT: A DWI of alcohol and or drugs was reported at 335 Old Bristol Rd, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 153 Grandfather Vista, unit 8, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Simple non-physical assault was reported at 165 Summit Woods Dr, in Blowing Rock.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 310 Little Creek Rd, in Fleetwood, was charged with second degree trespassing. Written promise. Trial date: Oct. 16.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of Boone was charged with breaking and entering building. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Oct. 16.

ARREST: A male suspect, 35, of 295 Old Bristol Rd, in Boone, was charged with a DWI of alcohol and or drugs. No bond. Trial date: Oct. 16.

Sept. 17
INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at 11062 NC Highway 194 North, in Todd.

INCIDENT: A drug violation of all other drug violations was reported at 1377 Blowing Rock Rd, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 116 Redwolf, in Blowing Rock.

ARREST: A male suspect, 72, of 116 Redwolf, in Blowing Rock, was charged with assault on a female. Written promise. Trial date: Oct. 16.

Sept. 18
INCIDENT: A hit and run was reported at 3715 Georges Gap Road, in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 1140 Mountain Dale Rd, in Vilas.

ARREST: A male suspect, 36, of 725 Curtis Bridge Rd, in North Wilkesboro, was charged with FTA-DWLR Not Impaired Rev, FTA-Fict/ ALT Title/ Reg Card/ Tag and FTA- Expired/No Inspection. Unsecured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Oct. 18.

Sep. 12
INCIDENT: Larceny – shoplifting was reported at 641 W. King St. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 53, of Boone, was charged with trespassing and resist, delay and obstruct. Secured bond: $5,000. Trial date: Oct. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 29, of 335 Blair Ct. in Boone, was charged with possession of schedule III. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Oct. 16.

Sep. 13
INCIDENT: Misdemeanor larceny and resisting public officer were reported at 276 Watauga Village Dr. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 161 Howard St., Suite B, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny – all other larceny was reported at 300 Go Pioneers Dr. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 38, of 338 Brook Hollow Rd. in Boone, was charged with misdemeanor larceny and resisting public officer. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Oct. 16.

ARREST: A male suspect, 31, of 338 Brook Hollow Rd. in Boone, was charged with probation violation. Secured bond: $2,000. Trial date: Oct. 13.

ARREST: A male suspect, 19, of 412 Elk Valley Ln. in Todd, was charged with speeding 40 in a 25 mph zone and driving while impaired. Other bond. Trial date: Oct. 16.

INCIDENT: Burglary – forcible entry was reported at 1480 US Highway 421 S., Unit A21, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny – shoplifting was reported at 630 W. King St. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 42, of 4244 Quail Springs Cir. in Augusta, was charged with resisting public officer and second degree trespassing. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Oct. 16.

ARREST: A female suspect, 32, of 124 Silvermere Dr. in Statesville, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine. Secured bond: $50,000. Trial date: Oct. 16.

ARREST: A male suspect, 37, of 206 Elizabeth St. SE, in Lenoir, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine. Secured bond: $50,000. Trial date: Oct. 16.

INCIDENT: Drug violations and simple physical assault were reported at 246 Triumph Ln., Apt. 305, in Boone.

ARREST: A female suspect, 31, of 228 Shady Bark Ln. in Boone, was charged with speeding and driving while impaired. Trial date: Nov. 9.
