Oct. 31

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 5855 Junaluska Road in Boone.

Nov. 1

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 407 Mesa Circle Unit 3 in Boone.

INCIDENT: Possessing/concealing stolen property was reported at 130 Fire Tower Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 254 Seminole Trail in Elk Park.

INCIDENT: Operating a motor vehicle with an open container, DWLR, operating a motor vehicle without insurance were reported at Broadstone and Frank Mast roads in Valle Crucis.

Nov. 2

INCIDENT: Felony worthless check and obtaining property by false pretense were reported at 2111 Blowing Rock Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at 1452 Dutch Creek Road in Banner Elk.

Nov. 3

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at Daniel Boone Citgo, 5030 U.S. Highway 321 S in Blowing Rock.

INCIDENT: Mutual aid was reported at 834 Blowing Rock Road in Boone when a fugitive from justice fled from Boone PD.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 198 The Overlook Road Unit 1 in Banner Elk.

ARREST: A female suspect, 27, of 136 Dovick Drive in Banner Elk, was charged with FTA release order. Secured bond: $7,500. Trial date: Dec. 6.

Nov. 4

INCIDENT: Burglary – forcible entry, larceny and vandalism were reported at 1016 Big Branch Road in Sugar Grove.

ARREST: A male suspect, 45, of 788 Russ Norris Road in Elk Park, was charged with two counts of contempt of court/perjury/court violations. Secured bond: $5,000. Trial date: Nov. 18.

ARREST: A male suspect, 54, of 562 Charlie Thompson Road in Vilas, was charged with assault on a female and communicating threats. Trial date: Nov. 22.

Nov. 5

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault and robbery were reported at 500 block of Tom Jackson Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 598 Valle Meadows Trail in Sugar Grove.

INCIDENT: Communicating threats was reported at Brook Hollow and Bamboo roads.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 180 Yuma Lane in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: Simple possession of marijuana and drug violations were reported in the parking lot at Sunrise Grill in Boone.

INCIDENT: Aggravated assault was reported at 2819 Russ Cornett Road Unit 2 in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 25, of 104 Carlin Court in Boone, was charged with FTA probation violation. Secured bond: $40,000. Trial date: Jan. 13.

Nov. 6

INCIDENT: Unattended death was reported at 501 Seven Oaks Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 480 Margo Road in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 29, of 2560 Pine Ridge Road in Mount Airy, was charged with felony fugitive out of state. Secured bond: $25,000. Trial date: Dec. 13.

ARREST: A male suspect, 26, of 2819 Russ Cornett Road #2 in Boone, was charged with assault on a female. Trial date: Dec. 13.

ARREST: A female suspect, 21, of 2819 Russ Cornett Road Unit 2 in Boone, was charged with simple physical assault. Trial date: Dec. 13.

Nov. 7

INCIDENT: Harassment was reported at Apple Barn in Banner Elk.

ARREST: A male suspect, 55, of 1202 U.S. 70 W in Valdese, was charged with DVPO violation. Trial date: Nov. 16.

Nov. 8

ARREST: A male suspect, 53, of 334 Locust Lane in Boone, was charged with FTA DWLR, speeding, no ins. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Nov. 14.

ARREST: A male suspect, 37, of 7130 T.N. Highway 91 N in Laurel Bloomery, was charged with felony extradition fugitive other state. Secured bond: $20,000. Trial date: Nov. 22.

Oct. 31

INCIDENT: Identify theft was reported at 275 E King St, Boone Trail.

ARREST: A male suspect, 18, of 172 Sumpter Cabin Creek Road in Blowing Rock, was charged with underage possession of malt beverage. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Dec. 13.

ARREST: A male suspect, 19, of 7127 Summerhill Ridge Drive in Charlotte, was charged with possess fraudulent ID and consume alcohol by 19/20. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Dec. 13.

Nov. 1

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at First Baptist Church, 375 W King St.

INCIDENT: Assault and welfare check were reported at 746 Howard St. A12.

ARREST: A female suspect, 19, of 209 Council Gap Court in Cary, was charged with drive left of center, provisional licensee and DWI. Trial date: Dec. 13.

ARREST: A female suspect, 21, of 2582 Old Toms Creek Road in Marion, was charge with left of center and DWI. Trial date: Dec. 13.

ARREST: A female suspect, 58, of 560 Old E King St. Apt. 106A in Boone, was charged with filing a false police report. Trial date: Dec. 15.

ARREST: A female suspect, 50, of 267 Buck Mountain Road in Roan Mountain, was charged with FTA. Secured bond: $40,000. Trial date: Nov. 28.

ARREST: A male suspect, 20, of 1280 Old Johns River Road in Blowing Rock, was charged with larceny.

Nov. 2

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at Insomnia Cookies, 128 Appalachian St.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 128 Crossing Way.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering a motor vehicle and trespassing were reported at Speedway, 1033 E King St.

ARREST: A male suspect, 28, of 338 Brook Hollow Road in Boone, was charged with trespassing and breaking and entering a motor vehicle. Secured bond: $7,500. Trial date: Dec. 15.

Nov. 3

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 454 W King St.

INCIDENT: Unattended death was reported at 1377 Blowing Rock Road #126.

INCIDENT: Larceny from motor vehicle was reported at 200 Watauga Village Drive.

ARREST: A male suspect, 32, of 349 Grand Blvd. in Boone, was charged with parole and probation violations. Secured bond: $5,000. Trial date: Nov. 18.

ARREST: A female suspect, 32, of 349 Grand Blvd. in Boone, was charged with DWI. Trial date: Dec. 13.

ARREST: A male suspect, 37, of 104 Coy Circle in Bessemer City, was charged with simple possession schedule II, resist/delay/obstruct and failure to pay child support. Secured bond: $32,000. Trial date: Nov. 22.

ARREST: A male suspect, 54, of 1121 Bamboo Road in Boone, was charged with larceny from motor vehicle. Secured bond: $4,000. Trial date: Dec. 15.

Nov. 4

INCIDENT: Simple assault was reported at 300 Go Pioneers Drive.

INCIDENT: Communicating threats was reported at 454 W King St.

ARREST: A male suspect, 21, of 218 Mesa Circle in Boone, was charged with assault on a female. Trial date: Nov. 22.

ARREST: A suspect, 38, of 275 Meadow Hill Drive Apt. 17 in Boone, was charged with FTA. Secured bond: 2,000. Trial date: Dec. 22.

ARREST: A male suspect, 19, of 16231 N.C. Highway 55 E in Stonewall, was charged with unsafe movement, provisional licensee and DWI. Trial date: Jan. 19.

Nov. 5

INCIDENT: Underage purchase of alcohol was reported at 771 Blowing Rock Road.

INCIDENT: Illegal sale to minors was reported at River St. Ale House, 421 Blowing Rock Road.

ARREST: A male suspect, 61, of 1255 Ridge Road in Boone, was charged with DWI, drug violations, shoplifting and trespassing. Trial date: Dec. 13.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 7008 Jeffreys Creek Lane in Raleigh, was charged with DWI. Trial date: Dec. 13.

Nov. 6

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at the Local, 179 Howard St.

INCIDENT: Check fraud was reported at 188 Ivy Terrace Drive.

INCIDENT: Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at Greene’s Motel, 1377 Blowing Rock Road.

ARREST: A male suspect, 45, of 321 Delmar St. in Boone, was charged with entering an intersection while traffic signal was emitting a steady red circular light for traffic in defendant’s direction of travel, DWI and carrying a concealed weapon. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Jan. 19.

ARREST: A male suspect, 19, of 11712 Don Maples Drive in Charlotte, was charged with drive after consuming alcohol under 21 and DWI. Trial date: Dec. 13.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 230 Moss Hill Road in Boone, was charged with tampering with a motor vehicle. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Dec. 15.
