INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 1469 U.S. Highway 421 N 101 in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at D&B Mini Mart in Zionville.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 351 Burl Lawrence Road in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Fraud and communicating threats were reported at 123 Smith Isaacs Road in Zionville.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 316 Clyde Townsend Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 118 Margot Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering was reported at 210 Bennick Place in Sugar Grove.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 5 Bear Drive in Blowing Rock, was charged with two counts of felony financial card theft. Secured bond: $4,500. Trial date: Nov. 22.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 310 Martin Lane in Boone, was charged with vandalism. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Nov. 22.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 1215 Bray Road in Walnut Cove, was charged with all traffic. Secured bond: $300. Trial date: Nov. 1.

Oct. 20

INCIDENT: Drug violations were reported at 2163 Junaluska Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 133 N Water St.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 1466 Sampson Road in Blowing Rock.

ARREST: A male suspect, 18, of 211 Cranberry Creek in Boone, was charged with underage consumption.

ARREST: A male suspect, 55, of 236 Stewart Hamby Lane in Deep Gap, was charged with OFA FTA. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Nov. 2.

INCIDENT: DWI was reported on West King Street.

INCIDENT: Trafficking meth was reported at Dollar General in Zionville.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 223 Blair Court in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny of a firearm was reported at 123 Perry St. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 381 Replogle Drive in Boone.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 1105 Vanderpool Road in Vilas.

ARREST: A female suspect, 22, of 112 Hub Brown Road in Boone, was charged with DWI. Trial date: Dec. 13.

INCIDENT: Unauthorized use of motor vehicle was reported at 320 Navidad Lane in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 166 Lylas Way in Deep Gap.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 1505 Walt Arney Road in Lenoir, was charged with DWI. Trial date: Dec. 13.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 200 Parkwood Circle in Boone.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 214 Keeth Drive in Banner Elk.

INCIDENT: Trespassing, vandalism and larceny were reported at 537 Georges Gap Road in Vilas.

ARREST: A female suspect, 20, of 151 Crest View Drive in Elizabethton, was charged with felony FTA. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: Nov. 15.

INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 140 William Hunt Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Burglary – forcible entry was reported at 7112 Rominger Road Unit 1 in Sugar Grove.

ARREST: A male suspect, 26, of 258 Elk Lane in Deep Gap, was charged with OFA FTA unsupervised probation violation. Secured bond: $788. Trial date: Nov. 4.

ARREST: A female suspect, 38, of 5671 S Roberts Ave. in Lumberton, was charged with felony WFA obtaining property by false pretense. Trial date: Nov. 16.

ARREST: A female suspect, 20, of 159 Boone Circle Unit 1 in Boone, was charged with communicating threats and cyberstalking. Trial date: Nov. 8.

INCIDENT: Interfering with 911 communication was reported at 295 Orchard Creek Road in Deep Gap.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 222 Clyde Miller Road in Mountain City, was charged with interfere with emergency communication. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Nov. 22.

ARARREST: A female suspect, 23, of 136 Ivy Drive in Boone, was charged with criminal summons for worthless check. Trial date: Nov. 16.

ARREST: A female suspect, 66, of 311 Laurel Fork Road Apt. 1 in Vilas, was charged with OFA FTA. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Nov. 22.

INCIDENT: Assault and battery, assault on a female and damage to personal property was reported at 555 Grassy Creek Lane in Boone.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering was reported at 692 Fallview Lane Unit 1 in Boone.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 585 Georges Gap Road in Vilas.

ARREST: A female suspect, 23, of 392 Fallview Lane Unit 1 in Boone, was charged with breaking and entering. Trial date: Nov. 15.

ARREST: A male suspect, 40, of 1841 Bairds Creek Road in Vilas, was charged with criminal summons for worthless check. Trial date: Nov. 16.

ARREST: A female suspect, 28, of 11036 N.C. Highway 105 S in Banner Elk, was charged with injury to personal property. Trial date: Nov. 22.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 555 Grassy Creek Lane in Boone, was charged with assault and battery, assault on a female, communicating threats, resist/obstruct/delay, damage to real property and damage to personal property. Secured bond: $15,000. Trial date: Dec. 13.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering and vandalism were reported at 334 George Wilson Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 253 N Kinsale in Boone.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering, assault with a deadly weapon and assault on a female were reported at 310 Martin Lane in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 4304 Bamboo Road in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 32, of 2748 Stone Mountain Road in Vilas, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and DWI. Trial date: Dec. 15.

ARREST: A female suspect, 22, of 250 Wood Circle Apt. 3 in Boone, was charged with simple assault. Trial date: Nov. 10.

ARREST: A male suspect, 24, of 2425 Charles Blvd. in Greensboro, was charged with possession of cocaine, no operators license, speeding, DWI. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: Dec. 13.

ARREST: A male suspect, 28, of 6425 Jay St. in Arvada, was charged with injury to real property and B&E. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Nov. 10.

ARREST: A female suspect, 21, of 260 Watauga Drive #2 in Boone, was charged with FTA hit/run leave scene property damage. Secured bond: $2,500. Trial date: Dec. 13.

ARREST: A male suspect, 32, of 125 Jack Hayes Road in Boone, was charged with identity theft and larceny. Secured bond: $40,000. Trial date: Oct. 27.

ARREST: A female suspect, 57, of 4550 Warrior Road in Vale, was charged with trafficking by transportation in methamphetamine and trafficking by possession in methamphetamine. Secured bond: $75,000. Trial date: Nov. 22.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 3137 Stoney Brook Drive in Lenoir, was charged with DWI, drive on sidewalk and drive with no headlights. Trial date: Dec. 13.

ARREST: A male suspect, 38, of 185 Alex Wellborn Road in Deep Gap. Secured bond: $235. Trial date: Nov. 17.

ARREST: A female suspect, 36, of 200 Meadow Ridge Road #14 in Boone, was charged with failure to burn headlamps and DWI. Trial date: Dec. 13.

INCIDENT: Possession of drug paraphernalia and of marijuana were reported at 600 Blowing Rock Road.

INCIDENT: Assault on a govt. official, felony probation violation, fictitious info to officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, of methamphetamine, of schedule II, of schedule VI and resist public officer were reported at 237 Boone Heights Drive.

INCIDENT: Unattended death was reported at 385 Grand Blvd.

INCIDENT: Concealment of merchandise was reported at 140 Forest Hill Drive.

ARREST: A female suspect, 23, of 1094 N.C. Highway 194 N in Boone, was charged with DWI.

ARREST: A suspect, 21, of 143 Stoneybrook Court 85 in Boone, was charged with OFA probation violation and OFA DWI. Secured bond: $4,000. Trial date: Dec. 14.

ARARREST: A suspect, 30, was charged with possess schedule VI, possess schedule II, possess meth and OFA. Trial date: Nov. 10.

ARREST: A male suspect, 19, of 151 Kimberly Drive Unit 5 in Boone, was charged with damage to a political sign and injury to personal property. Trial date: Nov. 10.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 150 Green St. Apt. 16.

INCIDENT: Suicide was reported at 359 Tracy Circle.

INCIDENT: Possession of drug paraphernalia, of schedule IV and with intent to sell marijuana were reported at 171 Boone Heights Drive.

ARREST: A suspect, 22, of 219 Trailway Drive in Statesville, was charged with improper turn and DWI. Trial date: Dec. 13.

ARREST: A suspect, 19, of 3946 Amicalola Way in Buford, was charged with provisional and DWI. Trial date: Dec. 13.

ARREST: A female suspect, 22, of 803 Howard St. #2 in Boone, was charged with OFA misuse of 911 system. Trial date: Dec. 7.

ARREST: A male suspect, 35, of 6102 Howards Creek Road in Boone, was charged with stalking. Trial date: Nov. 8.

ARREST: A male suspect, 35, of 140 William Hunt Road in Boone, was charged with posses schedule IV, possess drug paraphernalia and PWIS marijuana. Secured bond: $6,000. Trial date: Nov. 22.

Oct. 30

INCIDENT: DWI, failed to stop for light, felony possession of Sch I, misd possession of marijuana, possess marijuana paraphernalia and possess drug paraphernalia were reported at 1168 Blowing Rock Road.

INCIDENT: Setting fire to grass with intent to damage property was reported at 283 W King St.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 267 Dove Circle.

INCIDENT: Communicating threats was reported at 240 Meadowview Drive.

INCIDENT: Burglary and larceny were reported at 116 Grand Blvd. 4L.

ARREST: A male suspect, 26, of 152 Northridge Drive in Boone, was charged with felony possession Sch I, misdemeanor drug paraphernalia, marijuana paraphernalia, possess marijunana, DWI and failure to stop for stop light. Secured bond: $4,000. Trial date: Dec. 13.

ARREST: A female suspect, 19, of 513 Fox Lair Drive in Fayetteville, was charged with hit and run, provisional and DWI.
