Mar. 24
INCIDENT: Possession of methamphetamine and possessing paraphernalia were reported at the Dollar General in Zionville.Apr. 4
INCIDENT: Larceny of a motor vehicle was reported at 230 Cabbage Row in Boone.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault, communicating threats and criminal damage to property (vandalism) were reported at 236 Tom Perry in Sugar Grove.

INCIDENT: PWISD Sch. VI, PWISD SCH II and possessing/concealing weapons were reported at 2200 US Highway 421 S. in Boone.
Apr. 5
INCIDENT: Larceny – from buildings and assault with a deadly weapon were reported at 111 Paul Critcher Dr. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Communicating threats was reported at 271 Dove Acres in Vilas.

Apr. 6
INCIDENT: Harassment and domestic violence were reported at 412 Chestnut Knob Tr. in Blowing Rock.

INCIDENT: DWI, possessing concealed pistol and left of center were reported at 421 N. at Browns Used Cars in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Calls for service (suspicious activity) was reported at 144 Makers Ln., Unit 1, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny – from buildings was reported at 1200 Heavenly Mountain Dr. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 152 Mack Hampton Rd. in Blowing Rock.

ARREST: A male suspect, 46, of 295 Tom Perry Rd. in Vilas, was charged with simple assault, criminal damage to property (vandalism) and communicating threats. Unsecured bond: $2,000. Trial date: May 25.

INCIDENT: Road rage incident was reported at 8565 NC Highway 105 S. in Boone.

INCIDENT: False imprisonment was reported at 190 Bettys Cir. in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 429 Taylor Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 1041 Fallview Ln., Unit 1, in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 20, of 236 Apt. S Westin Way in Boone, was charged with felony possessing SCH III. Secured bond. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A female suspect, 32, of Boone Trail Motel #5 in Boone, was charged with FTA DWLR. Secured bond: $5,000. Trial date: Apr. 17.

INCIDENT: Injury to real property was reported at 1694 NC Highway 194 N. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Drug violations – equipment/paraphernalia and driving while license revoked were reported at 1182 US Highway 321 N. in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Break and/or enter, trespassing and larceny of propane were reported at 2936 Howards Creek Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Calls for service was reported at 185 Presnell Rd. in Banner Elk.

ARREST: A male suspect, 52, of 1655 Highway 194 N. Lot 15 Waterwheel Camp in Boone, was charged with injury to real property. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: May 25.

Apr. 9
INCIDENT: Breaking or entering was reported at 718 Charlie Thompson Rd. in Vilas.

INCIDENT: All other drug violations was reported at 1200 Holloway Mountain Rd. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 363 Hornblend Dr. in Boone, was charged with DWI – alcohol and/or drugs. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A male suspect, 55, of 718 Charlie Thompson in Vilas, was charged with assault on a female, communicating threats and misdemeanor larceny. No bond. Trial date: May 2.

Apr. 10
INCIDENT: Flee/elude arrest, assault on a government official and possess methamphetamine were reported at US Highway 421 N. in Zionville.

ARREST: A male suspect, 24, of 279 Eastridge Ln. in Mountain City, TN, was charged with felony flee/arrest, misdemeanor assault on government official/employee and felony possess methamphetamine. Secured bond: $25,000. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A male suspect, 26, of 4916 NC 18 S. in Morganton was charged with FTA DWLR/ no insurance. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Apr. 13.

ARREST: A female suspect, 22, of 245 Mill Freek Parkway, Apt. 2A, in Chesapeake, VA, was charged with OFA, FTA DWLR, expired reg. card/tag. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A male suspect, 24, of 279 Eastridge Lane, Mountain City, TN, was charged with felony fugitive from justice. Secured bond: $50,000. Trial date: May 25.

Apr. 11
ARREST: A male suspect, 34, of 338 Brookhollow Rd. in Boone, was charged with felony drug violations – equipment/paraphernalia and drug violations – equipment/paraphernalia – selling. Secured bond: $20,000. Trial date: May 25.

INCIDENT: Assault with a deadly weapon was reported at 724 Queen St. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 25, of Big Hill Rd. in Boone, was charged with trespassing. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A female suspect, 23, of 168 Stoneybrook Ct., Apt. D2, in Boone, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Trial date: May 2.

Apr. 4
INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 139 S. Depot St. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 55, of 338 Brook Hollow Dr. in Boone, was charged with second degree trespassing. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A male suspect, 21, of 209 Hillsdale Dr. in Wilmington, was charged with FTA possess marijuana up to ½ oz., FTA possess drug paraphernalia, FTA speeding, FTA driving while impaired, warrant – possess marijuana paraphernalia, warrant – simple possession of marijuana, warrant – possess drug paraphernalia and warrant – possess heroin. Secured bond: $4,000. Trial date: Apr. 25.

ARREST: A female suspect, 53, of 111 Big Stone Ln. in Newland, was charged with drunk and disruptive. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Apr. 21.

ARREST: A male suspect, 28, of 135 Antelope Run in Boone, was charged with OFA – marijuana paraphernalia. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Apr. 13.

INCIDENT: Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported at 1377 Blowing Rock Rd., #154, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 957 Rivers St. in Boone.

ARREST: A female suspect, 24, of 471 B Crocker Rd. in Blowing Rock, was charged with possession of marijuana less than ½ oz., possession of marijuana paraphernalia and DWI. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A female suspect, 22, of 300 Martin Ln. in Boone, was charged with failure to appear. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: June 1.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 200 Watauga Village Dr. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering was reported at 165 Robin Ln., #308, in Boone.

ARREST: A female suspect, 20, of 325 Glendale Ln. in North Wilkesboro, was charged with possessing a fake ID and driving after consuming under 21 – provisional. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A male suspect, 31, of 7352 S. NC Highway 18 in Boomer, was charged with warrant – trespassing. Unsecured bond: $1,000. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A male suspect, 61, of 285 Hodges Valley Rd., #4, in Boone, was charged with warrant – misdemeanor larceny. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Apr. 21.

INCIDENT: Murder and non-negligent manslaughter was reported at 137 Stoneybrooke Ct. in Boone.

INCIDENT: All other larceny was reported at 338 Brook Hollow Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 142 Charlotte Ann Ln., Building D, Unit 20, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Burglary – non-forced entry was reported at 252 Faculty St. in Boone.
