June 19
ARREST: A male suspect, 20, of 499 Trivette Cir. in Sugar Grove, was charged with assault on a female. No bond. Trial fate: July 18.June 20
INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at 307 Hews Cir. in Blowing Rock.

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 222 Hensels Ln. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 1848 Forest Grove Rd. in Boone, was charged with probation violation. Secured bond: $5,000. Trial date: July 14.

ARREST: A male suspect, 47, of 104 Hobert South Rd. in Boone, was charged with simple assault. Trial date: July 21.

ARREST: A male suspect, 21, of Boone, was charged with felony motor vehicle theft and misdemeanor criminal damage to property (vandalism). Secured bond: $20,000. Trial date: July 18.

ARREST: A female suspect, 43, of 202 Meadow Hill Dr. in Boone, was charged with felony larceny from motor vehicle and misdemeanor criminal damage to property (vandalism). Secured bond: $20,000. Trial date: July 18.

ARREST: A female suspect, 34, of 310 Tanner Rd. in Boone, was charged with assault by pointing a gun.

June 21
INCIDENT: Breaking and entering a motor vehicle and larceny from a motor vehicle were reported at 2518 Beaver Dam Rd. in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Motor vehicle theft – all other motor vehicle was reported at 208 David McLean Dr. in Boone.

INCIDENT: All other larceny was reported at 270 Mesa Cir., Unit 2, in Boone.

ARREST: A female suspect, 32, of 135 Stillhouse Rd. in Sugar Grove, was charged with felony probation violation. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: July 3.

June 22
INCIDENT: Larceny – from buildings was reported at 165 Jesse Brown Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Damage to property was reported at 255 North Woods Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Burglary – forcible entry and larceny – from buildings were reported at 134 Taylor Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Assault on a female and communicating threats were reported at 2327 Hardin Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 428 Bluebird Ln. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 43, of 169 Village Square Ln. in Mountain City, TN, was charged with felony trafficking in methamphetamine, felony PWIMSD methamphetamine and felony maintain veh/dwell/place CS. Secured bond: $35,000. Trial date: July 21.

ARREST: A male suspect, 38, of 127 Carlin Ct. in Boone, was charged with simple physical assault. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: August 18.

ARREST: A male suspect, 37, of 428 Bluebird Ln. in Boone was charged with simple physical assault. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Aug. 18.

June 23
INCIDENT: Larceny – all other larceny was reported at 100 Bennick Pl. in Sugar Grove.

ARREST: A male suspect, 53, of 240 Clark St. in Blowing Rock, was charged with cyberstalking. Trial date: July 6.

ARREST: A male suspect, 53, of 141 Canter Ln. in Zionville, was charged with child support. Secured bond: $2,003. Trial date: July 25.

ARREST: A female suspect, 37, of 1099 Bairds Creek Rd. in Vilas, was charged with failure to appear. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: July 14.

June 24
INCIDENT: Assault and battery was reported at 118 Margot Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Domestic criminal trespass was reported at 4712 Old US Highway 421, Unit 2, in Zionville.

INCIDENT: PWISD Marijuana was reported at 184 Hodges Gap Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Simple possession of marijuana less than ½ oz and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia were reported at 126 Kenneth B Brown Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Communicating threats was reported at 1323 Forest Grove Rd. in Vilas.

ARREST: A female suspect, 22, of 118 Margot Rd. in Boone, was charged with failure to appear – criminal summons or citation. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Aug. 1.

ARREST: A male suspect, 32, was charged with assault on a female, probation violation and felony pwisd marijuana. Secured bond: $2,000. Trial date: July 14.

ARREST: A male suspect, 49,of 2555 Grassy Creek Rd. in Grassy Creek, was charged with domestic criminal trespassing, resist public officer and communicating threats. No bond. Trial date: July 21.

June 25
INCIDENT: Possession of marijuana paraphernalia and simple possession of marijuana up to ½ oz were reported at 7075 Rominger Rd. in Sugar Grove.

ARREST: A male suspect, 28, of 102 Bluebird Ln. in Boone, was charged with failure to return rental property. Trial date: July 24.

June 26
ARREST: A male suspect, 41, of 118 3rd Ave. NE in Conover, was charged with felony breaking and entering building and felony larceny. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: July 21.

INCIDENT: Larceny by employee and fraud were reported at 200 Watauga Village Dr. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 50, of 8607 Yorkshire Ln. in Chapel Hill, was charged with solicit child by computer and appear. Secured bond: $40,000. Trial date: July 18.

ARREST: A male suspect, 20, of 140 Shawnee Ln. in Newland, was charged with larceny by employee. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: July 20.

June 21
INCIDENT: Fraud – wire/computer/other electronic manipulation was reported at 1470 Blowing Rock Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of Psilocybin Mushrooms were reported at 1377 Blowing Rock Rd., Unit 140, in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 20, of 147 Sarah Ln. in Blowing Rock, was charged with failure to appear. Secured bond: $1,500. Trial date: July 21.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 1377 Blowing Rock Rd., Unit 140, in Boone, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of schedule I. Secured bond: $3,000. Trial date: Aug. 28

ARREST: A male suspect, 41, of 616 Clarence Lyall Rd. in West Jefferson, was charged with FTA DWLR. Secured bond: $950. Trial date: June 17.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 970 Rivers St. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 151 Deer Valley Dr. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 877 West K. St. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 2968 Highway 105 in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 455 Willowdale Rd. in Boone, was charged with misdemeanor larceny and simple possession sch II. Secured bond: $2,000. Trial date: June 18.
June 23
ARREST: A male suspect, 37, of 1474 Virginia St. in Lenoir, was charged with possession sch IV, driving while license revoked and speeding. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Aug. 28.

ARREST: A male suspect, 32, of 8507 Three Top Rd. in Todd, was charged with failure to appear and resist, delay, obstruct. Secured bond: $2,000. Trial date: Aug. 28.

June 24
INCIDENT: Possession of cocaine was reported at 957 Rivers St.

INCIDENT: Motor vehicle theft – all other motor vehicles was reported at 375 W. King St. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny – shoplifting was reported at 200 Watauga Village Dr. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 50, of 244 Munningbird Ln. in Boone, was charged with possession of cocaine. Secured bond: $3,000. Trail date: Aug. 28.

ARREST: A male suspct, 23, of 179 Whitener Mnt in Blowing Rock, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense, unlawful tans/possess copper, larceny after break/enter, breaking and/or entering and larceny. Secured bond: $15,000. Trial date: June 24.

ARREST: A female suspect, 23, of 168 Graduate Ln., Apt. 330, in Boone, was charged with unsafe movement and driving while impaired. Trial date: Aug. 28.

ARREST: A male suspect, 44, of 1682 Laurel Fork Rd. in Boone, was charged with communicating threats, intoxicated and disruptive and second-degree trespassing. Secured bond: $7,500. Trial date: Aug. 18.

June 25
INCIDENT: Larceny – from motor vehicle was reported at 1480 E. King St. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 34, of 62 Hodges Ln. in Banner Elk, was charged with misdemeanor child abuse and DWI. Trial date: Aug. 28.

ARREST: A male suspect, 29, of 1253 Brookshire Rd. in Boone, was charged with driving wrong way on one way street and driving while impaired. Trail date: Aug. 28

ARREST: A male suspect, 62, of 1255 Ridge Rd. in Boone, was charged with DWLR. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: July 18.

ARREST: A male suspect, 41, of 186 Clyde Townsend Rd. in Boone, was charged with all traffic (except DWI), driving while impaired, stop light violation and driving while impaired a second time. Trial date: Aug. 28.
