Feb. 19
ARREST: A male suspect, 21, of 615 Golf Course Rd. in Linville, was charged with DWI – alcohol and/or drugs. Trial date: Mar. 30.Feb. 22
INCIDENT: Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 407 Old Hampton Rd. in Boone.

Arrest: A female suspect, 22, of 410 Briarpatch Ln. in Charlotte, was charged with felony true bill of indictment. Secured bond: $50,000. Trial date: May 8.

ARREST: A female suspect, 18, of 2251 Long Hope Rd. in Todd, was charged with OFA FTA. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Mar. 10.

Feb. 23
INCIDENT: Assault on a female was reported at 179 Dovick Dr. in Banner Elk.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 166 George’s Gap Rd. in Sugar Grove.

INCIDENT: All other offenses/communicating threats was reported at 6383 U.S. Highway 221 S., Unit 1, in Blowing Rock.

ARREST: A female suspect, 28, of 405 Mae Tester Ln. in Mountain City, TN, was charged with felony poss/distribute meth precursor and felony conspiracy to possess precursor chemical. Secured bond: $30,000. Trial date: Apr. 6.

ARREST: A female suspect, 34, of 1251 Brookshire Rd. in Boone, was charged with contempt of court, perjury and court violations. Secured bond: $3,000. Trial date: Apr. 12.

ARREST: A male suspect, 41, of 179 Dovick Dr. in Banner Elk, was charged with assault on a female. No bond. Trial date: Apr. 4.

Feb. 24
INCIDENT: Fraud – credit card/automated teller machine and fraud – obtaining money/property by false were reported at 374 Cole Dr. in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 1392 Laurel Fork Rd. in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Assault on a female was reported at 1526 Hopewell Church Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Motor vehicle theft – automobile was reported at 153 Payne Branch Rd., Unit 1, in Blowing Rock.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 660 Cobbs Creek Rd. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 34, of 112 Makers Ln., Unit 2, in Boone, was charged with fraud – worthless checks. Trial date: Mar. 30.

ARREST: A female suspect, 33, of 285 Yasmin Ln. in Vilas, was charged with DWI – alcohol and/or drugs. Trial date: Apr. 21.

ARREST: A male suspect, 40, of 1841 Bairds Creek Rd. in Vilas, was charged with FTA – worthless check. Other bond: $552. Trial date: Apr. 4.

ARREST: A male suspect, 35, of 220 Sunrise Ridge in Vilas, was charged with FTA WFA, RDO and violation of court order. Secured bond: $5,000. Trial date: Mar. 10.

ARREST: A male suspect, 39, of 338 Brook Hollow Rd. in Boone, was charged with felony probation violation. Secured bond: $40,000. Trial date: Mar. 20.

ARREST: A male suspect, 35, of 1526 Hopewell Church Rd. in Boone, was charged with assault on a female. Trial date: Mar. 30.

Feb. 25
INCIDENT: Fraud – obtaining money/property by false and larceny from buildings were reported at 176 Tater Hill Rd. in Zionville.

INCIDENT: Simple assault – all other simple assault was reported at 146 Knowles Haven Ln., Apt. 1, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Damage to property was reported at 514 Guy Ford Rd. in Sugar Grove.

ARREST: A female suspect, 31, of 306 Walker Pl., Apt. C, in North Wilkesboro, was charged with failure to return rental property. Trial date: Mar. 29.

ARREST: A male suspect, 59, of 146-1 Knolls Haven Ln. in Boone, was charged with assault on a female. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Mar. 30.

ARREST: A female suspect, 27, of 256 Cody Ln. in Vilas, was charged with FTA WFA. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Mar. 30.

ARREST: A male suspect, 56, of 176 Tater Hill Rd. in Zionville, was charged with felony fraud – obtaining money/property by false pretense. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: Mar. 30.

Feb. 26
INCIDENT: Felony flee to elude was reported at Highway 421 N. Vanderpool Rd. in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Calls for service was reported at 6252 Old U.S. Highway 421 in Zionville.

ARREST: A male suspect, 56, of 318 Will Isaacs Rd. in Zionville, was charged with felony fraud – obtaining money/property by false pretense.

Feb. 27
INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 842 West King St. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 198 Clark St. in Blowing Rock, was charged wit injury to personal property and simple assault. Trial date: Mar. 1.

INCIDENT: Fraud – credit card was reported at 521 Highway 105 Ext. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 771 Blowing Rock Rd. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 30, of 939 Hobson Rd. in Bakersville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, fictitious registration plate, driving while licensed revoked and driving while impaired. Secured bond: $2,500. Trial date: Apr. 6.

ARREST: A female suspect, 43, of 275 Meadow Hill Dr., Apt. 12, in Boone, was charged with injury to personal property. Trial date: Apr. 4.

INCIDENT: Assault to inflict serious bodily injury was reported at 2036 Blowing Rock Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Driving while impaired, felony flee to elude arrest and hit and run were reported at Cook Out, 1179 Blowing Rock Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Defrauding innkeeper was reported at 261 Boone Heights Dr. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 45, of 338 Brook Hollow Rd. in Boone, was charged with probation violations. Secured bond: $15,000. Trial date: May 8.

ARREST: A male suspect, 20, of 5825 Mctaggart Ln. in Charlotte, was charged with attempt to purchase malt beverage being less than 21 years old and drive after consuming under the age of 21 – provisional. Trial date: Mar. 30.

ARREST: A male suspect, 29, of 156 Brown Farm Rd. in Boone, was charged with driving while impaired, felony fleeing to elude arrest and hit and run. Unsecured bond: $10,000. Trial date: Mar. 30.

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 818 E. King St. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 5 Bear Dr. in Blowing Rock, was charged with trespassing. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Apr. 16.

ARREST: A male suspect, 44, of 1558 Baytree Rd. in Valdosta, was charged with concealment of merchandise and misdemeanor larceny. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Mar. 30.

ARREST: A male suspect, 40, of 369 Claude Warren Rd. in Mountain City, was charged with failure to appear and drug violations – equipment/paraphernalia – possessing/concealing. Secured bond: $4,000. Trial date: Apr. 6.

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 116 Grand Blvd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Misdemeanor larceny was reported at 2036 Blowing Rock Rd. in Boone.
