INCIDENT: Calls for service was reported at 100 Fallview Ln. in Boone.Aug. 29

INCIDENT: Breaking or entering and felony larceny were reported at 401 Hayes Wellborn Rd. in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: Assault on a female was reported at 312 Paws Way in Boone.

INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at 466 Dayspring Dr. in Boone.

ARREST: A female suspect, 31, of 428 Maltba Rd. in Newland, was charged with failure to appear. Secured bond: $2,500. Trial date: Sep. 29.

Aug. 31
INCIDENT: Breaking or entering was reported at 353 Elk Ln. in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 1786 US Highway 421N. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Forgery – using/uttering and fraud – obtaining money/property by false pretense were reported at 1154 Mabel School Rd. in Zionville.

INCIDENT: Fraud – all other fraud was reported at 155 Knowles Haven Ln, Unit 1, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 1175 Bamboo Rd., Apt. 5, in Boone.

ARREST: A female suspect, 47, of 286 Ridgecrest Ln. in Blowing Rock, was charged with felony larceny.

Sep. 1
INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 320 Navidad Ln. in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Motor vehicle theft – automobile was reported at 132 Beechtree Rd. in Zionville.

INCIDENT: All other larceny was reported at 4378 Wildcat Rd. in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: Fraud – all other fraud was reported at 584 Fallview Ln, Unit 1, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Domestic violence was reported at 411 Huffman Rd. in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 187 Horse Show Ridge Rd. W in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: Civil dispute, all other larceny and breaking and entering were reported at 215 Hodges Valley Rd., Unit 1, in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 26, of 320 Navidad Ln. in Vilas, was charged with larceny. Secured bond: $3,000. Trial date: Oct. 16.

ARREST: A male suspect, 48, of 411 Huffman Rd. in Vilas, was charged with assault on a female. No bond. Trial date: Oct. 16.

Sep. 2
INCIDENT: All other larceny was reported at 669 Tater Hill Rd. in Zionville.

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported at 3486 US Highway 421 N. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 46, of 222 Sugar Hollow Rd. in Roan Mtn., TN, was charged with felony fugitive warrant. Secured bond: $50,000. Trial date: Oct. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 26, of 103 Mid Holiday Ln., Apt. D212, in Banner Elk, was charged with injury to real property and interfere emergency communication. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Oct. 16.

Sep. 3
ARREST: A male suspect, 34. Of 556 Mable School Rd. in Zionville, was charged with felony FTA protection for order of protection. Secured bond: $25,000. Trial date: Oct. 16.

ARREST: A female suspect, 49, of 411 Huffman Rd. in Vilas, was charged with simple assault and resist public officer. No bond. Trial date: Oct. 16.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 1848 Forest Grove Rd. in Boone, was charged with contempt of court, perjury and court violations, all other offenses/fictitious info and drug violations – equipment/paraphernalia. Secured bond: $6,000. Trial date: Oct. 13.

ARREST: A male suspect, 37, of 274 Ira Presnell Rd. in Banner Elk, was charged with parole and probation violations. Secured bond: $5,000. Trial date: Oct. 13.

ARREST: A male suspect, 32, of 352 Old East King St., Apt. 13, in Boone, was charged with DWI alcohol and/or drugs. Trial date: Oct. 17.

Sep. 4
INCIDENT: Marital dispute was reported at 122 Old Barn Rd. in Vilas.

ARREST: A male suspect, 19, of 1041 Fallview Ln. in Boone, was charged with all traffic (except DWI). Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Oct. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 32, of 1888 Deerfield Rd. in Boone, was charged with breaking and entering building. Trial date: Oct. 16.

INCIDENT: Larceny – shoplifting was reported at 641 W. King St. in Boone.ARREST: A male suspect, 25, of 275 Cabbage Creek Rd. in Creston, was charged with drug violations – equipment/paraphernalia – possessing/concealing and possess methamphetamine. Secured bond: $3,500. Trial date: Oct. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 42, of 7675 Stonewell Ln. in Tobaccoville, was charged with failure to appear. Trial date: Sep. 27.

ARREST: A male suspect, 19, of 266 Daniel Boone Dr. in Boone, was charged with possession schedule IV, drug violations – equipment/paraphernalia – possessing/concealing and possession schedule VI. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Oct. 17.

INCIDENT: DWLR Not impaired rev, fail to heed light or siren and resisting public officer were reported at Highway 105 Ext.

INCIDENT: Drug violations – sale and deliver were reported at 300 Go Pioneers Dr. in Boone.

ARREST: A female suspect, 39, of 272 Diamond Ranch Rd. in Boone, was charged with DWLR not impaired rev, resisting public officer and fail to heed light or siren. Secured bond: $2,5000. Trial date: Oct. 16.

INCIDENT: Non-criminal detainment (involuntary commitment) was reported at 1469 W King St. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 200 Watauga Village Dr. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 200 Triumph Ln., Apt. B105, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Simple assault was reported at 300 Go Pioneers Dr. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Assault with a deadly weapon was reported at 574 Old E. King St. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 34, of 1933 Gail St. in Newton, was charged with larceny by employee. Secured bond: $20,000. Trial date: Oct. 11.

ARREST: A male suspect, 17, of 306 Fair Park Rd. in Blowing Rock, was charged with sale and deliver schedule IV. Secured bond: $3,000. Trial date: Oct. 11.

Aug. 31
ARREST: A male suspect, 19, of 216 Tompkins St. in Greenwood, was charged with simple physical assault. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Oct. 16.

INCIDENT: City ordinance violation – wheel lock ordinance was reported at 359 Old E. King St. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Assault on a female, injury to personal property, interfere with emergency communication and resisting public officer were reported at 1552 W. King St., Apt. M, in Boone.

ARREST: A female suspect, 20, of 510 Grand Blvd., Apt. B, in Boone, was charged with embezzlement. Secured bond: $2,000. Trial date: Oct. 16.

ARREST: A female suspect, 25, of 455 Grand Blvd. in Boone, was charged with larceny – all other larceny. Secured bond: $2,000. Trial date: Oct. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 765 Tom Jackson Rd. in Boone, was charged with failure to appear. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Oct. 16.

ARREST: A male suspect, 45, of 353 Horn in the West Dr. in Boone, was charged with misdemeanor larceny. Trial date: Oct. 16.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 137 Valley High Ln. in Blowing Rock, was charged with failure to burn headlamps and driving while impaired. Trial date: Oct. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 5778 Brook Hill Ln. in Frederick, was charged with inteefere emergency call, injury to personal property, assault on a female and escape from custody or resist arrest. S no bond: $1,250. Trial date: Oct. 17.

ARREST: A female suspect, 31, of Boone, was charged with second degree trespassing, possession of stolen property and misdemeanor larceny. Secured bond: $1,500. Trial date: Oct. 16.

ARREST: A female suspect, 23, of Boone, was charged with second degree trespassing. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Oct. 16.

INCIDENT: Break and enter of motor vehicle was reported at 194 Queen St. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny – shoplifting was reported at 641 W. King St. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Misdemeanor larceny was reported at 574 Brookshire Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Break and enter a motor vehicle and misdemeanor larceny were reported at 178 W. King St. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 380 Myers Ln. in Seneca, was charged with damage to personal property and simple physical assault. Secured bond: $1,500. Trial date: Oct. 17.
