INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 1055 Fallview Lane Unit 3 in Boone.

Aug. 2

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 1084 Old U.S. Highway 421 N in Sugar Grove.

INCIDENT: All other offenses were reported at 191 Mill Farm Road in Sugar Grove.

INCIDENT: Missing person was reported at 189 Poplar Creek Estates Drive in Todd.

INCIDENT: Possession of firearm by convicted felon was reported at 296 Westin Way Apt. 18.

Aug. 3

ARREST: A male suspect, 32, of 6302 U.S. Highway 421 N in Vilas, was charged with OFA. Secured bond: $5,000. Trial date: Sept. 9.

ARREST: A male suspect, 30, of 149 Chickadee Road Lot 6 in Wilkesboro, was charged with OFA FTA. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Aug. 22.

ARREST: A female suspect, 36, of 780 Dewitt Barnett Road in Boone, was charged with assault and battery. Trial date: Sept. 9.

Aug. 4

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering a motor vehicle and larceny from a motor vehicle were reported at Trash Can Falls on U.S. Highway 321 N in Sugar Grove.

ARREST: A female suspect, 30, of 355 Vannoy Lane in Boone, was charged with simple assault. Trial date: Aug. 19.

ARREST: A male suspect, 30, of 355 Vannoy Lane in Boone, was charged with simple assault. Trial date: Aug. 19.

ARREST: A female suspect, 42, of 1061 Seven Oak Road in Boone, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Trial date: Sept. 9.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 271 North Woods Road in Boone, was charged with child support OFA. Secured bond: $1,483.

ARREST: A female suspect, 60, of 355 Vannoy Lane in Boone, was charged with simple assault. Trial date: Aug. 19.

ARREST: A female suspect, 36, of Boone, was charged with felony breaking and entering a building and uttering forged instrument. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: Sept. 9.

Aug. 5

INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at 4935 Wildcat Road in Deep Gap.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 810 Pondmeadow Court in Charlotte, was charged with FTA. Secured bond: $4,000. Trial date: Sept. 19.

ARREST: A male suspect, 19, of 603 Penny Lane in Wilson, was charged with possession of marijuana up to ½ oz and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Secured bond: $400. Trial date: Sept. 6.

ARREST: A male suspect, 25, of 6402 The Lakes Drive Apt. F in Raleigh, was charged with probation violation. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Sept. 22.

ARREST: A male suspect, 32, of 306 Cedar St. in Wilson, was charged with OFA FTA DWLR and OFA violation of court order. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Sept. 20.

Aug. 6

INCIDENT: Calls or service were reported at 172 Mill Farm Road in Sugar Grove.

INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 891 Rainbow Trail in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 163 Red Maple Lane in Boone.

Aug. 7

INCIDENT: Burglary – forcible entry and larceny from buildings were reported at 763 Jimmy Billings Road in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Trespassing and harassment were reported at 1032 Wildcat Road in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering a motor vehicle, breaking and entering and damage to property were reported at 327 Rippling Water Lane in Blowing Rock.

Aug. 8

INCIDENT: A female suspect, 25, of 7840 Riverbend Road in Clearmont, was charged with harassing phone call, injury to real property and second degree trespassing. Trial date: Sept. 1.

INCIDENT: Conceal merchandise, larceny and obtain property by false pretense were reported at Belk on Blowing Rock Road.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 116 W King St. #2-J.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 278 Eric Lane Building E Apt. 19.

ARREST: A suspect, 30, of 209 Thomas Street in Pendleton, was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and common law robbery. Secured bond: $95,000. Trial date: Sept. 12.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 338 Brook Hollow Road, was charged with cyberstalking, threatening phone calls and communicating threats. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Sept. 9.

ARREST: A female suspect, 21, of 338 Brook Hollow Road in Boone, was charged with cyberstalking and communicating threats. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Sept. 9.

Aug. 2

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 273 Yosef Drive.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 404 Furman Road.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 444 W King St.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 116 Grand Blvd.

ARREST: A female suspect, 53, of 8076 N.C. Highway 105 in Boone, was charged with aggravated assault. Trial date: Sept. 9.

ARREST: A male suspect, 52, was charged with larceny. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Sept. 9.

INCIDENT: Assault on a female and interfere with emergency communication were reported at 338 Brook Hollow Road.

ARREST: A female suspect, 41, of 2571 Longhope Road in Todd, was charged with larceny. Secured bond: $5,000. Trial date: Sept. 7.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 338 Brook Hollow Road in Boone, was charged with breaking and entering. Secured bond: $7,500. Trial date: Sept. 9.

ARREST: A suspect, 65, of 244 Devils Den Road in Banner Elk, was charged with DWLR not impaired rev. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Sept. 9.

ARREST: A male suspect, 34, of 935 5th St. NE in Hickory, was charged with contempt of court/perjury/court violations. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: Sept. 9.

ARREST: A male suspect, 34, of 338 Brook Hollow Road in Boone, was charged with interfere with emergency communication and assault on a female. Secured bond: $1,500. Trial date: Sept. 9.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering and damage to property were reported at 273 Yosef Drive Apt. T.

INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at 154 Eastbrook Drive.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 261 Boone Heights Drive.

INCIDENT: Forgery was reported at Wells Fargo.

ARREST: A MALE SUSPECT, 29, of 8142 N.C. Highway 105 in Boone, was charged with FTA. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Sept. 9.

ARREST: A male suspect, 20, was charged with injury to real property, DWLR and AWDW serious injury. Secured bond: $50,000. Trial date: Aug. 25.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 322 Clawson St. Apt. 204A.

INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at Old Navy on Blowing Rock Road.

Aug. 6

INCIDENT: Domestic disturbance and interference with emergency communications were reported at 164 Charlotte Ann Lane E26.

INCIDENT: Larceny by employee was reported at Shoe Department on Blowing Rock Road.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported 210 New Market Centre.

INCIDENT: Burglary was reported at High Country Condos.

ARREST: A female suspect, 17, of 713 N Church St in Mountain City, was charged with provisional licensee. Trial date: Sept. 7.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 314 Hardaman Circle in Boone, was charged with interference with emergency communication. Trial date: Sept. 9.

ARREST: A male suspect, 36, was charged with second degree trespassing and breaking or entering. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Aug. 6.

Aug. 7

INCIDENT: Possess methamphetamine was reported at 2282 N.C. Highway 105.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 1469 W King St. #301.

INCIDENT: Escape from custody or resist arrest, larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of stolen goods, second degree burglary and simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance were reported at High Country Condos.

ARREST: A male suspect, 28, of 4100 Crackers Neck Road in Mountain City, was charged with possess methamphetamine. Secured bond: $3,000. Trial date: Sept. 9.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 1469 W King St. Apt. 404 in Boone, was charged with resisting public officer, simple possession of a Sch III, possess drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of stole property and second degree burglary. Secured bond: $40,000. Trial date: Aug. 7.
