Oct. 5
ARREST: A male suspect, 32, of 288 H. Stanley Miller Road in Deep Gap, was charged with felony sex offender on child premises. He was held under a $10,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 23.
Oct. 6
INCIDENT: Breaking and entering and larceny from buildings was reported at 921 Stoney Fork Road in Deep Gap.
INCIDENT: Breaking and entering and larceny from buildings was reported at 714 U.S. Highway 221 in Deep Gap.
INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 100 Twin Rivers Drive in Boone.
ARREST: A female suspect, 36, of 2225 Ladner Road NE in Palm Bay, Florida, was charged with felony fugitive out of state. She was held under a $10,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 23.
Oct. 7
INCIDENT: All other offenses were reported U.S. Highway 221 S. in Linville.
INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 311 Laurel Fork Road Apt. 1 in Vilas.
INCIDENT: Domestic dispute was reported at 333 Eagle Drive in Boone.
INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 217 Edgecliff Lane Apt. 7 in Boone.
ARREST: A male suspect, 28, of 1496 Mataoka St. in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, was charged with probation violation. He was held under a $1,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 3.
Oct. 8
INCIDENT: Attempted assault by motor vehicle was reported at 110 Justus Road in Banner Elk.
INCIDENT: Breaking and entering and larceny was reported at Makers Lane in Boone.
INCIDENT: Larceny of a motor vehicle was reported at 7031 U.S. Highway 221 S. in Blowing Rock.
INCIDENT: Dog poisoning was reported at 600 Hattie Hill Road in Vilas.
ARREST: A female suspect, 37, of 268 Ivan Trivette Road in Vilas, was charged with felony contempt of court/perjury/court violations. She was held under a $500,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 14.
Oct. 9
INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 116 Bugtussle Lane in Zionville.
INCIDENT: Felonious breaking and entering and felony larceny were reported at 516 Miners Ridge Trail in Banner Elk.
INCIDENT: Breaking and entering and injury to real property were reported at 496 Fire Tower Road in Boone.
ARREST: A female suspect, 55, of 478 Deck Hill Road in Boone, was charged with probation violation. She was held under a $1,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 13.
ARREST: A warrant was issued for a male suspect, 27, of 588-1 N.C. Highway 105 Bypass in Boone, charged with second degree trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 10.
ARREST: A male suspect, 43, of 582 Clint Norris Road in Boone, was charged with OFA FTA school attendance law violation. He was held under a $1,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 27.
Oct. 10
INCIDENT: Fugitive warrant for parole and probation violation and possession of paraphernalia and methamphetamine were reported at 139 Patton Lane in Boone.
INCIDENT: Driving left of center and possession of a schedule VI controlled substance was reported at N.C. Highway 105 and Bairds Creek Road.
INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 1199 Odes Wilson Road in Zionville.
INCIDENT: Larceny of pills was reported at 730 Fallview Lane Unit 2 in Boone.
INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 304 Clint Norris Road Apt. 4 in Boone.
ARREST: A male suspect, 21, of 828 Arnette Hollow Road in Boone, was charged with OFA/Possession of malt beverage > 21. He was held under a $500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 23.
ARREST: A male suspect, 65, of Zionville, was charged with felony fugitive warrant for probation violation, possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. He was held under a $15,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 23.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 960 Fallview Lane Unit 2 in Boone.
Oct. 12
INCIDENT: Possible exploitation of an adult was reported at Blowing Rock Extended Care.

INCIDENT: Credit card fraud and worthless checks were reported at 353 Industrial Park Drive.
INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 565 Yosef Drive. Apt. N.
ARREST: A male suspect, 35, of 407 Davis Mill Road in Selma, was charged with AWDW serious injury and assault on a female. He was held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 19.
ARREST: A male suspect, 30, of 167 Zeb St. in Boone, was charged with DWLR. He was held under a $500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 23.
ARREST: A male suspect, 49, was charged with failure to appear. He was held under a $3,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 23.
Oct. 6
INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 141 Health Center Drive.
INCIDENT: Drug violations were reported at Watauga High School.
INCIDENT: Breaking and entering a motor vehicle was reported at 2575 N.C. Highway 105.
Oct. 7
INCIDENT: Assault on a female was reported at 803 Howard Street #2.
INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 179 Howard St.
INCIDENT: Liquor law violations and underage drinking were reported at Watauga High School.
INCIDENT: Larcenies were reported at 185 Faculty St. Apt. 202.
ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 803 Howard St. #2 in Boone, was charged with assault on a female. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 23.
Oct. 8
INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 167 Tulip Tree Lane.
INCIDENT: Fraud and possession of a schedule VI controlled substance were reported at Wal-Mart.
INCIDENT: Shoplifting was reported at Lowe’s Foods.
INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at Watauga High School.
INCIDENT: Larceny and obtaining property by false pretense were reported at Wal-Mart.
INCIDENT: Communicating threats was reported at 746 Howard St.
INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 163 Oak St.
ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 3656 Cameo Lane in Lenoir, was charged with drug violations and fraud. He was held under a $5,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 23.
ARREST: A female suspect, 30, of 205 Glendale St. in Lenoir, was charged with fraud. She was held under a $5,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 23.
ARREST: A male suspect, 50, of 338 Brook Hollow Road, was charged with shoplifting and second degree trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 23.
Oct. 9
INCIDENT: Assault on a female, communicating threats and false imprisonment were reported at Highland Hills Motel, 2748 N.C. Highway 105 #44.
ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 151 Hannah Drive in Rutherfordton, was charged with failure to maintain lane control and DWI. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 23.
ARREST: A male suspect, 20, of 2805 New Hanover in Boone, was charged with left of center, provisional license while impaired and DWI. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 23.
ARREST: A male suspect, 50, of 2748 N.C. Highway 105 #44, was charged with false imprisonment, communicating threats and assault on a female. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 25.
Oct. 10
INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at Wal-Mart.
INCIDENT: Assault on a female was reported at 565 Yosef Drive.
INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at Espresso News, 267 Howard St.
ARREST: A male suspect, 33, of 304 Clint Norris Road Apt. 2 in Boone, was charged with simple assault. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 25.
Oct. 11
INCIDENT: Damage to property was reported at 151 Cave Canem Drive.
INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 202 W. King St.
INCIDENT: Assault on a female and communicating threats were reported at 402 W. King St. Apt. F2.
INCIDENT: Breaking and entering and larceny were reported at 284 W. King St.
ARREST: A male suspect, 19, of 142 Swamp Box Road in Boone, was charged with communicating threats and assault on a female.
ARREST: A male suspect, 43, of 353 Horn in the West Drive, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon. He was held under a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 25.
