Nov. 14

INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 126 Taylor Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Possession of methamphetamine and harboring a fugitive were reported at White Laurel Lane in Boone.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 253 Alpine Road in Blowing Rock.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 575 Silverstone Road in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Injury to real property was reported at 3160 Peoria Road in Sugar Grove.

INCIDENT: Fraud – confidence games/larceny by trick was reported at 3829 Junaluska Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Domestic violence was reported at 5166 Old U.S. 421 S. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 171 Glowing Hearth Lane in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 768 Turtle Creek Drive in Boone.

INCIDENT: Simple assault – domestic dispute was reported at 370 Arnett Hollow Road in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 906 Dewitt Barnett Road in Banner Elk.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 158 Freds Drive in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 2452 N.C. Highway 88 in Zionville.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 102 Bluebonnet Drive in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 192 Travis Trail in Vilas.

ARREST: A male suspect, 56, of 370 Arnett Hollow Road in Vilas, was charged with assault on a female and scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 730 Pineview Drive in Boone, was charged with FTA – speed competition and scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 17.

INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 4022 Beaver Dam Road in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Burglary – forcible entry was reported at 136 W Slabtown Road in Zionville.

INCIDENT: Injury to real property was reported at 230 Parkway Peak Drive in Boone.

INCIDENT: Injury to real property was reported at 4810 Sampson Road in Lenoir.

ARREST: A male suspect, 36, of 1119 Brownwood Road in Deep Gap, was charged with assault on a female and scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 17.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported on Sampson Road in Blowing Rock.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering was reported at 342 Orchard Creek Road in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 1075 River Road in Todd.

INCIDENT: Assisted SHP and communicating threats were reported at Discovery Chevrolet, 2705 U.S. Highway 421 S. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering was reported at 314 Rusty Coat Lane in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 4022 Beaver Dam Road in Vilas.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 9543-K Univ Terr Dr. in Charlotte, was charged with contempt of court/perjury/court violations. He was held under a $500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 13.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 990 N.C. Highway 194 N Unit 2 in Boone, was charged with FTA and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 7.

ARREST: A male suspect, 25, of South Pine Run Road in Boone, was charged with breaking and entering building. He was held under a $2,500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 15.

ARREST: A male suspect, 43, of 111 Pocono Trail in Todd, was charged with OFA FTA simple worthless check and fraud – worthless checks. He was held under a $225 secured bond and scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 15.

ARREST: A male suspect, 21, of 443 Bluebird Lane in Boone, was charged with communicating threats. He was held under a $1,000 secured bond and scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15.

INCIDENT: Illegal dumping was reported at 3935 Hardin Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 444 Roby Greene Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering and vandalism were reported at 137 Willow Creek Circle Unit 2 in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Communicating threats and vandalism were reported at 106 Kims Way in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 1430 Sampson Road in Blowing Rock, was charged with communicating threats and injury to real property and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 19.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 4335 Hardin Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Assault on a female was reported at 10620 U.S. Highway 421 N in Zionville.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 1540 Rich Mountain Road in Zionville.

ARREST: A male suspect, 24, of 235 Cara Lane in Boone, was charged with simple assault and scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15.

Nov. 23

INCIDENT: Counterfeiting – using was reported at the Kangaroo Express #141, 771 Blowing Rock Road.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 375 W. King St.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 324 Meadow Hill Drive.

ARREST: A male suspect, 33, of 37 Brook Hollow Road in Boone, was charged with child abuse (assaultive). He was held under a $750 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 17.

ARREST: A female suspect, 41, of 9476 Wilson Road in Hildebran, was charged with second degree trespassing. She was held under a $500 secured bond and scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 11.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 250 Oak St.

INCIDENT: Attempted breaking and entering, communicating threats and trespassing were reported at 275 Meadow Hill Drive #17.

ARREST: A suspect, 21, of 329 Meadow Hill Drive Apt. 37 in Boone, was charged with fraud – credit card/ATM.

ARREST: A suspect, 21, of 250 Little Harbour Court in Vilas, was charged with speeding 49 MPH in a 35 MPH zone and DWI – alcohol and/or drugs and scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at the State Employees Credit Union, 410 New Market Blvd.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 141 Health Center Drive.

INCIDENT: Motor vehicle theft was reported at Earth Fare, 178 W. King St.

INCIDENT: Motor vehicle theft – automobile was reported at 1075 N.C. Highway 105.

INCIDENT: Larceny – auto parts and accessories was reported at 567 Highland Ave.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at Café Portofino, 970 Rivers St.

INCIDENT: Simple assault was reported at 209 Sunset Drive.

INCIDENT: Simple assault was reported at The Local, 179 Howard St.

ARREST: A female suspect, 57, was charged with assault on a law enforcement officer, resist/delay/obstruct a public officer and intoxicated and disruptive. She was held under a $3,500 secured bond and scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 1023 Windspray Loop in Summerfield, was charged with simple assault. He was held under a $3,000 secured bond and scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15.

Nov. 29

INCIDENT: Carrying a weapon into an establishment where alcohol is sold, carrying a concealed gun, going armed to the terror of the people and resisting a public officer were reported at Café Portofino, 970 Rivers St.

INCIDENT: Felony possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling place, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and PWIMSD schedule VI controlled substance were reported at 130 Birch St. Apt. 1.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 181 Tanglewood Drive.

INCIDENT: Damage to property was reported at 950 State Farm Road.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering were reported at 289 Ambling Way Apt. 220.

ARREST: A male suspect, 30, of 141 Waddell Ave. #C in West Jefferson, was charged with going armed to the terror of the public, resisting a public officer, carrying a weapon into an establishment where alcohol is sold and carrying a concealed gun. He was held under a $5,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15.

ARREST: A male suspect, 25, of 3210 Kellersville Road in Banner Elk, was charged with fraud – unlawful obtaining credit card and fraud – obtaining money/property by false pretense. He was held under a $10,000 secured bond and scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15

ARREST: A male suspect, 33, of 130 Birch St. Apt. 1 in Boone, was charged with felony possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a dwelling place, PWIMSD schedule VI controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. He was held under a $15,000 secured bond and scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15.

ARREST: A male suspect, 18, of 252 Ivan Trivette Road in Vilas, was charged with failure to appear and scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 17.
