The Watauga County Sheriff’s Office recently arrested three individuals following an undercover operation for possession with intent to sell trafficking levels of crystal methamphetamine. Narcotics Detectives and Patrol Deputies seized 44 grams of methamphetamine. The Methamphetamine had an estimated street value of $5,280.
Heather Ollis Conner, 30, of 265 Carraway Drive, Marion, NC 28752, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Trafficking in Methamphetamine, and 1 count of Conspiracy to Sell Methamphetamine. She was taken to the Watauga County Detention Facility in lieu of a $35,000 secured bond. Conner is scheduled to appear in District Court on April 1, 2016.
Danny Ray Pinkerton, 30, of 265 Carraway Drive, Marion, NC 28752, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Trafficking in Methamphetamine, and 1 count of Conspiracy to Sell Methamphetamine. He was taken to the Watauga County Detention Facility in lieu of a $50,000 secured bond. Pinkerton is scheduled to appear in District Court on April 1, 2016.
Mark Leon Conner, 50, of 32 Matilda Avenue, Marion, NC 28752, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Trafficking in Methamphetamine, and 1 count of Conspiracy to Sell Methamphetamine. He was taken to the Watauga County Detention Facility in lieu of a $50,000 secured bond. Pinkerton is scheduled to appear in District Court on April 1, 2016.
