Chancellor To Speak on ASU’s Economic Impact at ‘Business After Hours’ Thursday

The Turchin Center for the Visual Arts is hosting Appalachian State University Chancellor Sheri Everts on Thursday evening for a Boone Area Chamber of Commerce “Business After Hours” event. The event takes place from 5 to 7 p.m.

Everts will discuss “the value of Appalachian State University’s economic impact” on the High Country and North Carolina, according to a flyer released by the Boone Area Chamber.

ASU is providing food and a cash bar. In addition, prizes will be given away that include two ASU football tickets in the Chancellor’s Box, gift basket from Appalachian Brian Estates, ASU’s Performing Art Series Theatre tickets, Wahoo’s Adventure, Carolina Mountain Life free advertisement, Applebee’s coupons, Appalachia Cookie Company, Farm to Flame coupons and much more.
