This show will feature artists’ creations inspired indirectly or directly by the beauty of our unique community. From mountain views to colorful farmers’ markets, from portraits of individuals to large gatherings, all fodder for the High Country artists’ inspirations. Artists are asked to interpret the theme of “Portraits of Our Community” in their own unique ways.

Please submit your creations to the Watauga County Arts Council’s new Blue Ridge ArtSpace, located at 377 Shadowline Drive on Friday, Oct. 4, between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 5, between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. or Monday, Oct. 7, between 2 and 7 p.m. There is no charge for entering your work.
