The illustrious town of Seven Devils will host their “Celebration of Art” this Saturday, August 18th, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. It will be a spectacular gathering to support the artists of Seven Devils.
Debbie Powers, the town manager, says, “Seven Devils artists and craftsmen will be showcased – featuring acrylic, watercolor, and oil artists, woodworkers, rope baskets, jewelry, and more! Children will be able to participate in a crafts table!”
Anne Fontaine, a chair member of the Town of Seven Devils Recreation Commission, explains that, “it’s all our local Seven Devils artists; I think we have 16 participants. On the 18th, it will be just showing their art and different crafting that they do, and it’s open to the public…Some people have things for sale, some will just be for show.”
Powers is excited for the town’s artists to get a chance to share their art with their community, and she says, “The public is invited to come visit – enjoy the show…..the majestic views….. and the beautiful pristine mountain we call home!”
This event is rain or shine, and it promises to be an amazing show. Come out and celebrate some incredible artists and enjoy a (hopefully) sunny day in Seven Devils!
