April 10, 2012. SupaTight will play at Canyons in BLowing Rock this Friday, April 13. Doors are at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 9 p.m. There will be no cover charge. The band’s website on ReverbNation states that band sounds like Red Hot Chili Peppers, Slightly Stoopid and Sublime.
SupaTight officially formed in the early summer months of 2008 in Durham, NC featuring Tyler Mack on bass and vocals, Max Palmer on drums, and Michael Domanico and Torrey Beek on guitars. Nigel Kher joined the band shortly after on saxophone. Since then, SupaTight has been playing venues from SC to VA. A mix of funk and reggae with a hint of comedic-country, SupaTight brings a range of dynamic to every musical genre they touch.
